About me:

Masood is an entrepreneur and a polyglot consultant with a diverse portfolio of experience in digital marketing, algorithms, data, eCommerce, real-estate, and SaaS. He has been a public speaker at 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞, Alliance Manchester Business School, The University of Manchester. He is also a Chemical Engineer with expertise in mathematical modeling and reverse-engineering algorithms.

اول مره قعدت مع غيث بيشرحلي كل حاجه شغال عليها قلتله ساعتها ده يونيكورن! انا مبسوط اني عرفت Mohamed Ghaith وعارف انه ربنا هيوفقه لان محدش عارف حاجه ولا هو عمل ايه ولا بذل مجهود قد ايه ولا نفسه في ايه وشغفه قد ايه. بس ربنا ان شاء الله هيبارلك ليه. 

مش كل شركة نجحت كانت أول واحدة. ومش كل شركة نسخة فشلت. واللي بيركز على المنتج بس غالبا بيضيع الصورة الكبيرة. الحقيقة اللي ناس كتير مش حابة تسمعها:

المنتج لوحده عمره ما كان سبب النجاح.

أمثلة سريعة لستارتابس نجحت جدا رغم إنها ما كانتش الأولى:

Facebook قبلها Friendster و MySpace الفرق؟ توقيت، تركيز، وبناء شبكة صح.

Google قبلها Yahoo وAltavista الفرق؟ جودة التنفيذ، تجربة الاستخدام، ونموذج أعمال واضح.

Uber قبلها taxi booking apps كتير الفرق؟ توسع، تشغيل، وقدرة على إدارة منظومة معقدة.

Airbnb قبلها Couchsurfing الفرق؟ monetization، ثقة، وتشغيل على نطاق عالمي.

Zoom قبلها Skype وWebEx الفرق؟ بساطة، reliability، وفهم لحظة السوق.

ولا واحدة من دول نجحت عشان الفكرة جديدة. نجحوا عشان حاجات تانية أهم بكتير.
عوامل نجاح الستارتاب الحقيقية غالبا بتكون:
- التوقيت
- فهم السوق مش بس المستخدم
- القدرة على البيع مش بس البناء
- تنفيذ سريع واتخاذ قرارات صعبة
- فريق بيعرف يتعلم ويغير

أما موضوع الشاركس فده مش مقياس نجاح ولا فشل.

الستارتاب مش حلقة تلفزيون. ولا Pitch حلو. ولا فكرة عبقرية. الستارتاب رحلة تنفيذ طويلة. ودعم أي Founder بيحاول، بيتعلم، وبيتعرض للنقد علنا، مش مجاملة.

يا صديقي الحبيب ليه الـ AI بيطلع نتايج سطحية مع ناس، ومبهرة مع ناس تانية؟

الناس فاكرة إن ال AI عصا سحرية بتديله أي كلمتين وخلاص وهو المفروض يفهم اللي في دماغك! ولما النتيجة تطلع سطحية أو عامة، يقولك: يا عم ده مش نافع.

الحقيقة إن ال AI عامل زي الموظف الجديد الشاطر جدا بس اللي لسه ميعرفش شركتك. لو قولتله اكتبلي بوست، هيكتبلك أي كلام إنشا. لكن لو استخدمت معاه تكنيك ال Persona & Context، النتيجة هتختلف ١٨٠ درجة. جرب المعادلة دي في الـ Prompt الجاي:
1- الدور (Role): أنت خبير تسويق SaaS بخبرة ١٠ سنين.
2- المهمة (Task): اكتبلي إيميل لعميل متردد بسبب السعر.
3- السياق (Context): العميل مقتنع بالجودة بس شايفنا أغلى من المنافس، وإحنا ميزتنا الـ Customer Support.
4- النبرة (Tone): احترافية بس بصورة ودية (Empathetic).

ال AI مش غبي هو بس محتاج بريف صح عشان يبدع. ولو ال AI محتاج منك صبر، ما بالك ب البني آدمين 😁
