في منهجية عايزك تفتكرها وانت بتبيع ال SaaS بتاعك لو هو Heavy Human وادعلي لما تحصل قدامك وتطبقها. "Trade, Don't Negotiate"قايض، ولا تفاوض.

التفاوض لما بتدي خصم لمجرد إن العميل طلب. 10% مثلا. 
المقايضة يعني مفيش حاجة ببلاش. عايز خصم؟مفيش مشكلة، بس لازم تديني حاجة في المقابل توفر عليا تكلفة أو تفيدني في البيزنس. 

زي ايه بقى يا صديقي؟ ورقة وقلم: 

1- التوقيت:هديك الخصم، بس نمضي العقد قبل يوم الجمعة الجاية (عشان تقفل الكوارتر وتقفل الحسابات بدري).
2- طريقة الدفع: موافق على السعر، بس الدفع يكون سنة مقدم (Upfront) مش شهري (عشان تظبط الكاش فلو وتقلل المخاطرة).
3- التسويق: هديك الخصم مقابل إننا نعمل Case Study عن نجاحكم معانا أو تدونا Video Testimonial (دي قيمتها ساعات أغلى من الخصم نفسه في جلب عملاء جدد).
4- مدة العقد: الخصم ده متاح بس لو مضينا عقد سنتين بدل سنة.

اللي بيبني SaaS في مصر او دول الخليج غالبا بيبدأ بالمنتج. وقليل جدا اللي بيبدأ بالنظام. علشان كده انا بحب قوي Taha Ali, MBA - Ahmed Yousef - Abdullah Amer لانه بيركزوا على المشكله والنظام قبل السيستم! 

أنا بقالي سنين بشتغل مع شركات SaaS و AI في الشرق الاوسط مئات منهم من كل الاحجام، وكل مرة بلاقي نفس المشكلة انه الناس مركزة على Features ومش شايفة الصورة الكاملة.

الموضوع بسيط. 
1️⃣ SaaS North Star قبل أي Marketing أو Sales إنت رايح فين؟

لو الأرقام دي مش واضحة ومترابطة إنت بتجري وخلاص علشان النعش طاير 😂.

إنت PLG؟
 ولا Enterprise Sales؟
 ولا Hybrid؟
 ولا Founder-Led؟
انت مش سوبر مان، متاحولش تمشي في كل الطرق في نفس الوقت.

3️⃣ Ideal Customer Profile
مش كل عميل فلوسه حلوة. ومش كل حد فلوسه حلوة عميل. 
مين صاحب القرار؟ مين المستخدم الفعلي؟ إيه دورة الموافقات؟ هل عنده Technological Readiness ولا لأ؟ الRetention بيبدأ من اختيار العميل الصح.

ال SaaS حقيقي لازم يبقى ليه Moat. مش مجرد Tool سهل يتنسخ.

الفكرة كلها إن النمو مش مرحلة واحدة. لو عندك SaaS أو بتفكر تبني SaaS أو داخل على مرحلة Scale السؤال هو هل انا عندي نظام بين ال 4 اقسام الربحية. مبيعات تسويق خدمة عملاء ومنتج ولا فيه Stage ناقصة؟
