A key member of the leadership team & technology select committee, I had a huge part to play in  steering systems procurement efforts to propel the organizations growth and innovation, leveraging advanced technology for our US entire organization.

I was contracted to Scopely via Hudson RPO to strategically plan and map out the Web3 space for future growth across several well-known game titles. While I'm bound by a non-disclosure agreement preventing me from divulging further details, my role involved a comprehensive analysis of the Web3 landscape, identifying opportunities for integration within Scopely's gaming ecosystem, and devising strategic initiatives to leverage emerging technologies effectively. Additionally, I was responsible for hands-on recruitment across product marketing and designers. Notably, engineering functions were relocated to Barcelona and other European locations, and I played a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring talent to support this transition. This involved collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, conducting market research, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure Scopely's continued success and innovation in the ever-evolving gaming industry.

As the pioneer of Blocknative's Talent Acquisition function, I played a pivotal role in establishing and shaping the team from its inception, ensuring our DEI initiatives were always at the top of our hiring agenda in a (at the time) very male-dominated ecosystem. 

As the first Talent Acquisition professional in the company's history, I set the foundation, trained team members, and strategically drove core values in line with an EVP we created, ensuring all staff adopted throughout our hyper-growth from Seed Round to Series A.

I had the privilege of assembling a world-class executive team I hired CRO, CHRO & CMO, complementing the original founding members of the CTO and CEO roles. Together, our collective vision and expertise have positioned Blocknative at the forefront of innovation in the industry. I also recruited talent across all functions, including all GTM, Corporate, Engineering & product roles. These top-tier individuals were crucial in Blocknative's journey as a leading blockchain infrastructure start-up.

Personally recruited (direct Hire) over 120 hires across Sales (SAE, AE, BDM, SDR), Pre-Sales, PS, CSM's across North America and EU territories

Restructuring/turning around dysfunctional TA team to an out-performing, high-output function.

Grew team >500% (5 to 26) in 6-month spell all successfully recruited via direct sourcing model.

This was a greenfield site, I had full autonomy and delivered all positions with a $0 agency spend. 

Implemented the latest Greenhouse ATS technology and integrated the following add-ons into a single process via APIs; LinkedIn, Eightfold, external job boards, criteria Corp, Zoom, and DocuSign.
