- Governance Control Manager - Covering All Asset Classes - Supporting the Middle Office Operations function in RCSAs, Control Design & Performance testing, Risk, Root Cause Analysis and Deep Dives, Risk Mitigation, Governance and Oversight.  Providing Governance and Oversight to all of the IPB Operations Controls Teams and Governance Forums.

•	Streamlined governance, reporting and data analysis to business-critical management forums eliminating the need for a headcount saving the business £45,000 PA.

•	Product manager and developer for an innovative reporting dashboard - slashing and strategically saving 100s of hours of manual data analysis. Implemented across multiple lines of business as outstanding practice.  

•	Led efficient Governance for all IPB Controls Testing, cutting the number of controls past testing dates by 100% - from 30 to 0. Executed within 6 months without additional resource resulting streamlined and upgraded BAU.

•	Led a regulatory mapping exercise with operational stakeholders, mapping regulation to process, risk and controls eliminating the outside of compliance count by over 80%. 

•	Identified and led the mitigation of a significant control testing gap, through strategic planning and oversight. This resulted in testing of 24 controls with a 99% on time and in compliance result.  

•	Project managed and delivered to ~200 operational partners from junior to senior leaders "Risk Mindset Training". Resulting in 98% positive feedback on implementation of the training, championing risk identification and awareness within the team’s leading to innovative actions such as sprint retrospectives, best practices shared across teams and implementation of risk logs.

Senior Associate - Risk & Control Manager - Governance and Oversight

𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 - Led a team of 10 IT Analysts & Communications Specialists. Implementing a Risk & Controls Framework, Control Design and Testing, Issue and Error Resolution, Root Cause Analysis and Deep Dives. All in arduous environments in high stress situations.  Led this during a complete Organisational Operating Model Change Program. 

- Successfully led the deployment of a Communications Project, embedded Risk Framework and Control Testing program. Accounting for ~£20M Communications Equipment - validating the performance and testing of Data Privacy and Operational Risk Controls. 

 - Provided SME Controls Risk Guidance and Analytics directly to senior stakeholders and the program director - during the operational model implementation to drive informed & strategic decision making. 

- Developed a comprehensive retrospective document containing control documentation, key learning points, KPI's and recommendations for the following iteration of the operating model deployment.

- Coached, mentored and conducted 1 to 1 career interview with analysts and specialists to promote, career progression, aspiration and mental health.

IT - Senior Risk Manager

𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 - Responsible for the Learning and Development of Communications and Information Systems. Delivering and developing a Communications Resiliency Plan, documenting and designing controls and testing their performance. Accounted for an developed the Communications plan for a high-performing Special Operations Boarding Team. 

- Designed and delivered a Communications Training & Resiliency package to ~30 Reconnaissance Specialists. Building out specialist team knowledge, resiliency planning and sustainable communications solutions. Saving the teams ~ 50 working days of training. 

- Implemented a Communications controls framework and sustainable resiliency and redundancy plan for the boarding teams. Validating the inherent IT risks were mitigated, with stress testing and the resiliency plan was robust.

Information Technology Risk Manager

𝐈𝐓 - 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫  - Provided SME Risk Management, Communication and Information Systems experience. Performed Control Design and Implementation during an intensive Arctic Warfare Training Package. Consulted for Senior Leadership in Communications Risk in the Arctic and developing a Governance Framework to provide measurable KPIs for the Communications Systems.  

- Designed a Governance framework to validate the accuracy, collation and implementation of the metrics from communications systems controls testing. Resulted in a green 95% communications system rating. 

- Liaised with Multi-National stakeholders during the training package to understand their project aims and deliverables. Providing SME communications risk knowledge and evaluations to support their aims. 

- Delivered multiple training serials to peers, multi-national stakeholders and junior team members to up-skill them in Arctic Warfare and technical information systems in the Arctic. 

- Coached and mentored five junior team members during intensive Arctic Warfare Training.

- Summited Mount Kenya during a team expedition - Worked closely with my peers and expedition leaders to overcome a variety of obstacles such as: Altitude sickness, food and water preparation, campsite selection and equipment failure. Always aimed to lift team morale and support the instructors!  

- Completed The British Army's Premier Patrol Exercise - Cambrian Patrol. The 8 team patrol conducts various arduous training serials whilst covering 40 Miles in under 48 hours. Team cohesion, morale and specialist knowledge is essential. I completed this challenge as part of a team receiving both Bronze and a Silver medal on two separate Patrols.
