Behind every product designed for transient travellers across SEA, there is a story and a purpose. Ranging from local must-sees, activities, experiences, food, I copy-wrote for an international target audience and also took up social media management and event planning projects. For my final year dissertation I pioneered design research and conducted quantitative and qualitative user research on both business and end users.

I ideated, developed and executed on Ritz Carlton's quarterly "Wow Service" projects. I designed these customer experiences, planned and explored beyond what was expected of my role.

•	Led 11 "Wow Service" projects to create unforgettable, personalized experiences for guests under the Guest Recognition's Guardian Angel Program.
•	Guided distinguished guests upon arrival at the driveway and attended to their needs by extending high levels of service in accordance to Ritz Carlton's Credo and Gold Standards.
•	Warmly welcome and explain hotel facilities to guests before presenting their residence to them through in-room check-in procedures, maximizing up-selling of rooms to walk-in guests.
•	Executed prompt service recovery by handling customer complaints, especially during periods of extensive spa & pool renovation near the lobby between Jun-Aug 2016.

I took on very different design roles here - planning events, collaterals and developing better attendee experience. Thinking and designing for the user and target segment. Apart from design, I was involved in pitching concepts, idea development and resource management.

With those skillsets, I've now have 4+ years of Product Management experience working with Researchers, Engineers and UX Designers to design and implement solutions that increase lead acquisition, session-to-opportunity conversion and revenue growth. 

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Business from the Singapore Institute of Technology, where I also served as the president of two student clubs. My career began at the heart of the hospitality industry, working in MICE, hotel operations, and travel trade. Later at Revinate, I helped hoteliers understand and leverage their online media and guest data. I am passionate about tinkering with new technologies and solving marketing challenges for businesses.

In my personal time, I love longboard dancing 🛹, drumming 🥁 and acrylic painting 🎨.
