Preferred Imaging

Preferred Medical Holdings owned and operated Preferred Imaging, Select Pain and Choice Laboratory Services.   I was charged with developing the de novo facilities which included leading the team of health law attorneys to ensure compliance with all Federal and State statutes, drafting Company documents, raising capital from new investors and creating the plan to cash flow each new center.  With 27 outpatient diagnostic imaging centers, Preferred Imaging was the largest privately held imaging provider in North Texas.  Revenues topped out at over $175mm ahead of the sale to a publicly traded competitor.  With 12 ambulatory surgical centers, all in the State of Texas, Select Pain was a regional competitor in the ASC space whose providers were focused on interventional pain procedures.  Choice Labs,  competed against both Lab Corp and Quest for specialty lab testing.  Under my leadership the lab grew to processing over 500 specimen per day in just over 24 months and was generating over $20mm in annual revenues.  I was intimately involved in developing the strategic plans that ultimately led to the successful sale of Preferred Imaging and Choice Labs.
