● Coordinated process area and financial performance during a $1.5M capital
project of filler lift cylinder table replacement on asset utilized bottle line.
● Drove capital project of installation of “Snug Pack” on multi-packer to help
improve package quality and address wholesaler concerns.
● The main point of contact for the initial phases of a $5M modernization effort
for transitioning a present bottle line to an aluminum bottle production.
● Identified and implemented opportunities as dictated by process data to
improve productivity, reduce cost and improve quality.
● Developed and revised preventative maintenance plans for all equipment in
the area of ownership.

● Provided direction, coaching, and counseling to a workforce of 15 to

I've always had a passion for organizing and streamlining processes. After completing my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I began working in companies where I had the opportunity to oversee various operational aspects. It was there that I discovered my knack for project management and problem-solving. I love the sense of accomplishment I felt when I successfully streamlined their processes to help take their business to the next level!

I specialize in managing projects, systems, and teams. I enjoy the challenge of finding efficient ways to improve productivity and optimize workflows to ensure every department runs smoothly, decisions are prudent, and deadlines are achieved.
