Vice President Operations

I am passionate about people and strive to develop others as well as procedures with operational excellence.  I oversee fulfillment operations and Customer Support for a successful e-commerce company. I effectively spot potential and work to grow people on my team using a backbone of individual strengths combined with operational principles to ensure maximum growth for the individual and productivity in the company. As a focus, I continue to find new and improved methods for low-cost fulfillment with an emphasis on team management, systems and shipping strategies. Navigating  abundant market change in order to meet order age expectations while elevating efficiency and team ability has been an area to which I am firmly committed. 

I am most proud of my team leadership, growing individuals on the team,  and helping to motivate them to achieve great things for the business through the CliftonStrengths.
