Holiday sales for my Walmart account is starting to cook

$1k day yesterday

Walmart flips are getting more common for my arbitrage biz that's on legit autopilot (shoutout VAs)

Sourcing them used to be a horrible process

I used to spend hours in stores scanning random stuff with no real system in place when I first did retail arbitrage

I’d leave with a cart full of questionable buys and maybe 1 or 2 decent flips

Now I don’t even bother scanning unless I know what to look for

My in-store process now is simple:
1. Scan barcode with SellerAmp

When I started online arbitrage, I’d find a hot deal, check the ROI, and buy fast thinking it was a killer lead

It works a lot, but then 20 sellers tank the listing since everyone knows about the obvious deal

Now I triple check those leads and look for signs

I make sure it has steady demand and a tight seller rotation with a steady BSR (most important) checking with SellerAmp

Not all retailer sites are worth spending hours sourcing

Before I ever buy from a new one, I check:
- Shipping reliability
- Are they cancel-happy?
- Can I pay with a rewards card or discounted gift card?
- What does TrustPilot say about them?
- Does SellerAmp show enough margin after all inputs?

If I gotta go crazy to get a few orders through before cancels, late deliveries, or other issues, it's not worth the time or effort
