Again, I have used my experience in organizing a large amount of content in a small space to improve the usability and intuitivity of the van and improve the experience.

Your audience isn’t ignoring you.

(they just don’t feel you in the posts you push out)

Last week I spoke with a coach who writes great posts, but only when she has the time and space to get in the zone.

When she doesn’t, the posts sound generic or rushed, and her audience can feel it immediately.

She blamed herself for being inconsistent but I don’t think that’s the problem.

Because this is what I see over and over again:

Coaches rely on inspiration but inbound marketing relies on rhythm and consistency.

Being consistent doesn’t mean robotic volume or templated content, but a steady flow of ideas that sound like you genuinely thought about them.

This is where AI comes in.

Instead of replacing your personality or becoming your “new voice”, it should be the part of your content system that watches what’s working while you’re busy coaching.

The system should:

- watch and learn
- scan news in your niche
- collect patterns from your analytics

Everyone wants to do their best.

(But it’s almost impossible)

I know you want to show up as your true self, answer every comment and DM,

I should not:

- spend hours staying up to date on industry news

- think about an angle for twenty minutes just to write one comment

- wait for “the right headspace” to write my posts

-obsess and get sad over small dips in my analytics

Instead, I should:

- write comments faster with AI and then add the finishing touch myself

- let AI read my analytics and industry news and show me what performs well

- review content ideas instead of trying to come up with everything from scratch

- focus on serving my clients and giving them my full attention

And if we are being honest here, the same goes for you.

If your attention is split between client work and social media, neither one gets the energy it deserves.

The right system gives you back time to focus on the work that actually matters to you and the people who want to work with you.

128 qualified attendees showed up live, for three days in a row. 

(Here’s how we got them there) 

When Molly Stovold opened the gates to her live event, she didn’t make it easy to join.

Last week I refunded two clients.|

And it was entirely my fault.

I built them a commenting copilot that could write up to a hundred real, human comments in an hour.

The kind of engagement that actually boosts your reach and your profile visits.

The copilot worked.

But they couldn't use it.

They didn’t have a premium subscription, so their rate limits kicked in and the whole thing became useless.

I assumed they did have the subscription.

I assumed everyone who wants support with automation also has the tools set up to let it run.

I assumed they were on the same level of AI use that I'm on every day.

But that assumption was wrong.

It reminded me of learning the same lesson in different contexts. 

Like when I was tattooing people out of my van and thought everyone understood the difference between cheap and good.

Or when I started UX design and assumed clients knew what they wanted before I asked for it.

I move and build fast.

And sometimes I expect others to see the same path I see.

But business isn’t built on assumptions.

It’s built on clarity.

So I refunded them immediately.

No excuses or arguments.

A mistake was made and a lesson was learnt:

Most problems in business don’t come from assuming everyone else works the way you do.

“I only comment when I feel like I have something to say”

Don’t get me wrong,

taking your time for every comment really does make them better. 

Great personalization and intent. 

Unfortunately, the LinkedIn algorithm doesn’t know your intent

In fact, the algorithm is savage. 

It counts your comments, how long you spend on someone’s post, and even your typing speed. 

And if it doesn’t deem you worthy (as in active enough), 

it won’t even show your new post to your own followers. 

I respect that you want every interaction to come from you and to feel personal, but it will only get you so far. 

Personal comments matter, but only if people see the next thing you publish. 

This is why so many coaches feel like their content dies even when the writing is good.

They rely on inspiration, but the platform expects consistency.

So what can you do instead?

1. Train an AI copilot on your tone of voice, offer, ICP, personal experiences, and writing frameworks. 

2. Skip the part that takes ages (thinking of an angle) by letting the AI find a connection between your life and the post topic. 

3. Review and add final touches. 

4. Comment and continue showing up as your authentic self but in a fraction of the time

5. Spend that extra time on money making activities. 

If you want to stay personal and be visible, you need support that helps you be faster without sounding any different.

They care about you being active and commenting is one of the clearest signals of that.

“I can’t stop. I have no way out.”

He said it so casually I almost missed it. 

A friend of mine spent more than a decade teaching surf lessons.

Every morning on the same beach.

He loved it at first but over a decade later he had no choice but to keep going. 

I just finished my own surf instructor license at that point so when he told me I panicked.

I’d look at my inbox and feel a mix of guilt and dread. 

Too many “I’ll think about it” messages.

I just looked at what I accomplished last week 

… and it was embarrassing 

I spent almost two hours doing tiny tasks with no value and I didn’t even notice.
