I built sales and marketing processes from the ground up, including CRM implementation, and provided strategic guidance for a new product build.

In my initial role post-college, I started as a Sales Representative and, within just over a year, advanced to the position of National Sales Manager. During this period, I played a crucial role in driving the company’s revenue growth from several hundred thousand dollars to over $10 million.

This role required navigating significant challenges, including a comprehensive reorganization and a complete overhaul of sales processes and hiring practices. I was responsible for revamping sales territories, scripting, and operations, and for developing the company’s entire go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

I managed the daily cold calling operations, leading a team that averaged over 4,000 calls per day. In this capacity, I served as a trainer, sales manager, and closer, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.

My leadership extended to coordinating the company’s sales and marketing functions, where I developed and executed comprehensive strategies across both areas. My first gig at Keyhole was to help modernize a Flash/Flex app to HTML5. We had the opportunity to not just do a like-for-like, but a like-for-right. It often involved figuring out what the legacy application was doing (ask me about how it calculated dates that were Y2K compliant), and what the end users actually wanted it the application to do.

My next client was a large health system out of NYC. We were tasked with supplementing the development as well as architecture skills of the team. (That's sort of our niche at Keyhole, we provide not just programmers but thought leaders.) We got them through a critical delivery date with NYS DOH, and have continued to iterate on the product since 2015. We went from jQuery to Backbone to React, from .NET Framework/WCF to .NET Core/Microservices to deploying to Azure WebApps. We went from 8 users to 800 daily active users.
