Stood up outbound sales process from 0-1 for YC backed startup, including, but not limited to:

Built over a dozen sales sequences through trial and error before landing on a single master sales sequence based on a specific trigger that landed over 25 outbound meetings with a $375,000 qualified pipeline.

Defined strategic narrative and messaging strategy. Created simple, problem-focused messaging for a highly complex product. 

Oversaw and led implementation and use of Outreach and Zoominfo. Importing and segmenting out the entire market into certain verticals by industry, AUM, headcount, geography, and more.

Worked closely with founder to test new verticals and use outbound as a way to get feedback on product hypotheses. 

Created positioning and messaging from scratch to break into a new vertical (Institutional asset managers- Hedge Funds and Private Equity).

Worked on the Global Demand Generation team focused on the Americas and Australia. In my role I owned the GTM strategy and execution for our Account-Based Marketing Strategic and mass outreach segments.

- Co-created an extensive account planning system to align multiple stakeholders (Account executives,  BDRs, brand marketing, and regional sales directors) for our strategic accounts. Internal project management for strategic accounts. Sourced an opportunity with Gucci USA, one of our top targets. 

- Handled all inbound lead qualification, discovery, follow-up. Managed roughly 10 demo requests per week. Created over $300,000 in qualified pipeline from demo requests

- Was one of the internal subject matter experts on Zoominfo, our data source for account insights and organizing our ICP by industry, geography, and size. Played a role in data hygiene project for salesforce. Importing/updating over 1,000 accounts.

- Tolerated high ambiguity being the 1st BDR in the English speaking market for a complex product suite serving multiple verticals.

Worked throughout my college years. When I was 19, I acquired my real estate license and worked with a real estate investor to acquire, rebuild, and sell a property in a transitioning area. The property was sold at a 3x increase in value. 

I then decided I wanted to pursue the fashion business; I met a designer/boutique owner during my time in real estate and started working at his store. During this time, I started working on my own designs and worked with a manufacturer in Colombia to create activewear t-shirts for men. I quickly learned how hard it can be to manage costs for a physical business when the product being designed is unique.
