“That’s so doable.” These words changed my life, and they can change yours too. 

On April 16, 2023, I went on a 3-mile run. 

It was ordinary & unremarkable. BUT, it changed the way I see the world.  

Here are the facts: 

You don’t lack motivation. You don’t lack the desire to change.

Change just feels big, scary, and near-impossible because, without a plan, it can be.

So what’s my story? 

That takes us back to that paradigm-shifting run on April 16, 2023.

During that run & the weeks after, I had a eureka moment.

The oft-repeated, oft-beloved “1% better” self-help advice felt like it was onto something, but it still wasn’t actionable.

What the hell does doing '1% better each day' actually look like? How do you measure improving by 1%? 

So I looked at it from a different angle. 1% of your day = 14.4 minutes.

What if you invested 1% of your day with consistency?

My initial 'project' was a daily run. I've now run 922 consecutive days.

So far, I’ve run with a broken toe, mild hangovers, and forgetfulness. I’ve run while traveling and while it was raining and snowing and sleeting. And YOU BET I’ve run on days when my schedule is jam-packed, and it felt impossible to work one more thing in. 

Whether it’s one mile or 14.4 minutes, applying this 'Law of 1%' sets off alarms in my brain, alarms that say, “That’s so doable” because it IS.

I used to believe self-care had no place in business - until I tested it.

In 2023, my first Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation retreat changed everything.

Since then I’ve attended 5 - and yesterday I booked Denver.

What changed:

1. Experience
Meeting like-minded people led to genuine relationships and new ideas.
In 2024 I visited the USA for the first time.

2. Focus
Meditation taught me to disconnect, be present, and prioritize what matters.
I cut big decisions from days to hours.

3. Resilience
60 minutes every morning, 30 minutes every evening keeps me grounded.
Better sleep, clearer energy, sharper execution.

Calm is a system, not a mood.

The more I align my mind and heart, the better life I create.

I used DMs wrong.

Here’s how you build networks.

2012: Signed up on LinkedIn, scared of DMs.

2021: Started using DMs - but only talked about me.

Then a prospect reached out wanting to exchange.
We met. He became my first client.

1. Start a conversation.
2. Be genuinely interested.
3. One question per DM - no overwhelm.
