I began my recruiting career within the trucking industry in April 2022. Quickly fell in love with the ability to source and process potential applicants. Speaking with different people on daily basis and growing my interpersonal skills. 
In my first year I have successfully recruited over 200 drivers, many of which continued with the company despite market changes. 

After 2 years in recruiting I’m venturing out into a different space. I’ll be starting with a factoring company and still remaining within trucking and logistics.
