Some people see a problem. I see a chance to prove a tagline.

I’ve built my career around finding the right message and presenting it in a way that resonates, whether drivers, recruiters, or national audiences. I’ve been buried in cow manure, dressed as a banana, even locked myself in a hot truck, not just for the attention, but because I knew it would connect, spark conversations, and move people toward action.

I started in truck driver recruiting, where I quickly realized that authentic communication outperforms generic sales tactics every time. Drivers didn’t care about polished marketing speak, they cared about the truth of the job, told in their language. That realization turned me from recruiter to scriptwriter, from marketer to video producer, and eventually into a strategist who could pull out the one story, line, or shot that makes people stop scrolling and start calling.

Since then, I’ve:

•	Produced multiple million+ view ad campaigns by crafting the right message for the right audience.

•	Built content strategies that helped companies double their fleets, scale recruiting pipelines, and even get acquired.

•	Developed driver-first advocacy content that sparked industry-wide conversations.

•	Used my video production skills, AI-powered visuals, and sound design to generate millions of organic views by pairing technology with human-centered storytelling.

•	Co-created / produced a podcast and other content that has helped build brands, coachable individuals into industry celebrities and thought leaders.

•	Formed a repeatable formula for success instead of just trying to catch lightning in a bottle. 

At the core, my job is simple: take your story, uncover the message that matters, and deliver it in a way your audience can’t ignore. The format can change, film crews, AI, podcasts, or a pile of manure, but the strategy stays the same.
