• Closed over 60 deals in year one, many of them multi-year AI SaaS contracts totaling over $800,000 in first year contract value with TCV revenues in the multi-millions.
• Responsible for Creating and Managing International Partnerships to expand and grow our footprint in Australia, Latin America and Europe offering SaaS solutions that provide real time actionable solutions for intelligent infrastructure, Global Public Safety initiatives and enabling the digitalization of infrastructure, creating safer, smarter, and more efficient sustainable cities and communities.
• Strategizing with national government agencies to use our machine learning Quantum Artificial Intelligence technology though AWS Partner Network Cloud.
• Conduct presentations with government agencies that have led to in person multi-agency meetings, which resulted in multi month POC against multiple organizations which ultimately led them to choosing Rekor over others because of the relationship I created with the decision maker. • Closed a $2,500,000 deal in 2019 from an incumbent that was a 1.5-year sales cycle after multiple customer visits, meetings and live product demonstrations.
• Responsible for Sales growth, partner relationship development, annual sales goals in the United States, Canada, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean where I have created partnerships, opened new territories, cross-sold different product lines and created business relationships with high-level decision-making individuals.
• Successfully accomplished year after year growth in the double- and triple-digit percentage in our division.

Sold the city of Youngstown Ohio 24 speed camera systems at 12 intersections, which will be a multi-million dollar deal.
Opened up 2 new states securing the first school bus stop arm automated enforcement contract in our industry in the state of Ohio and Illinois. There are currently 13 states that have enablement or home rule 
Develop and forecast yearly region objectives broken down quarterly; including a territory objective, territory goal broken down into specific pursuits, focus targets, and close by quarter which is presented to the board of directors. for execution
Develop and manage new business through the creation of a strategic corporate annual business plan.
Identify required resources including media, trade shows, collateral material, sales consultants, lobbyists and clearly stating a tactical approach to secure contracts.
Create and present power point solutions to school boards and city councils.
Develop and cultivate strategic business relationships with mayors and president of city council leading to secured contracts through the passage of a city wide ordinance allowing for automated enforcement of our speed, red light camera systems as well as our Student Guardian solution.

Sold The city of Solon Ohio a citywide upgrade of a FLIR camera system which resulted in over a $500,000 sale. 
Generate new business by managing daily schedule and appointments, demonstrating products, and working with consultants to spec company products into plans for both federally and privately funded projects.
Introduce new products to the market by giving presentations to executive consultants which have led to our product being written into multi- million dollar federally funded project plans which guarantee our organization six figure profit margins.
Conduct seminars around the state with 30-100+ attendees demonstrating power point presentations on specific products, following up with the attendees, and making sales from my own generated meetings.
Responsible for breaking into new territories that currently do not have certain company products, such as the cit y of Toledo where my presentation and negotiating skills led to sales of 75 video detection cameras at an average cost of $5,000 per camera, totaling $375,000 in sales.
