‼️For the first time in 11 years, McKinsey & Company's 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 report reveals a "notable ambition gap." Women are becoming less interested in top-level leadership roles.
