Today was my first day back in the office after a week of vacation… and I didn’t dread Monday.

And it’s exactly why I want to share why I work at RevPartners. A few things stand out:

🟢 Supportive leadership: I get to work with leaders who have been there, and done that, but still move with humility and maturity you wish every high-growth company had. I'm trusted, supported and pushed to get better, but I'm never micromanaged.

🟢 Startup mindset, without chaos
We're allergic to red tape. We move fast, experiment, we build. That's the mindset part. But we do it w/ a strong POV. One of our mantras at the first Southbound event we put on w/ HubSpot was "Growth at all costs is dead."
