I coached a project team to a successful go-live event after the project had been $3.6 million dollars over budget and 6 years behind schedule. Additionally, I used proven conflict resolution and negotiation methods coupled with 20+ years of experience in SAP projects to repair the customer/SAP channel partner relationship. The total project budget was an estimated $5,8 million and 7.5 years for an estimated $100 million+ privately held company.

Overall, I provide SAP Enterprise-level Change Management for small to medium-sized companies implementing SAPB1 HANA solutions across their organization.  

I also employ the most up-to-date project plan tools and methodologies, such as SmartSheets, Agile, Scrum & PMP, to help create systems around project success and communication for each client's benefit to go live and finish their projects on time and on budget.

Working directing for SAP, I've had extensive sales and implementation experience running SAP Business One HANA projects for the last 20+ years and have helped thousands (1000's) of SAPB1 customers go live and hundreds (100's) overcome project escalations and challenges.
