I provided internal support across 3 locations at Lidcombe, Silverwater Bar and Grill and Regents Sports Park. 

I dealt with a range of systems such as IPTVs, eftpos terminals, POS systems, laptops, tablets, circle scan system.

Being the manager of the ticketing system and the first point of contact of all staff. 

Working with vendors such as Westpac, Commbank, EBet, JEM, Circle Scan Support, HP support. 

Setting up for a 3 way teams meeting with the other 2 venues for when we held a major draw at the end of each month.

I worked in the IT Traineeship at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta from 2020 - 2021.

This role provided hands-on experience within the IT field where I supported 2 assigned schools and have completed my Cert III in Digital Media and a Cert IV in Networking across 2 years. 

This has allowed me to gain extensive experience with IT and has allowed me to get the qualifications to go with the experience.

Information Technology Trainee

BLM Production Services

Work experience in a high-pressure environment, being a New Year's Eve event in Sydney.
I assisted the lead technician in the following tasks:
•	Wrapping cables
•	Lighting setting up for a stage/ DJ performance.
•	Sound: set up of equipment and testing.
•	Stage set-up Pre/post performances
•	Checking equipment for safety compliance during set-up.

Light and Sound Assistant 

Work experience at the “This That” festival with a crowd attendance of 20,000 people.
Similar work to above and additionally I assisted with physical labour in helping the stage manager move musical equipment on and off stage quickly before/after performances.

Hillsong Church

Work experience at the live Hillsong conference with an estimated crowd attendance of 30,000 people.
I gained experience working within the television crew. I was provided training for live television broadcasting and gained experience in setting up and disassembling stages between commercial breaks and during live performances. Established solid skills in taking directions and completing tasks quickly and efficiently

Work experience. Setting up Front of House by helping important guests towards where they need to go, help the lead technician with audio equipment.

Work experience during multiple theatre productions and it involved:
•	Customer service, assisting attendees as a theatre Usher
•	Audio and Lighting set up
•	Stage set-up and disassembling
•	Testing lights and audio equipment including speakers, microphones, playing music from a phone to speakers using an AUX cable.

Theatre Assistant 

I work for Metal Manufacturers Pty Limited 

Where I'm a Service Desk Analyst in a team of 10 as well as other 50 members in our IT teams supporting over 400 locations as well as over 3000 staff in electrical distribution, solar etc across Australia.

I've built 2 years of experience in Level 1 Help Desk support in a primary and high school environment with the Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta IT Traineeship supporting staff and teachers.

I've learnt as a IT trainee throughout the 2 years to work under pressure on difficult situations or tasks as well as dealing with difficult clients such as students or staff. 

I loved throughout the 2 years learning about networking and getting to work on a switch and connect new printers, desktops and other hard wired devices to the network. 

I love working in the team environment as well as by myself. 

In my spare time I do a Mental Health Podcast Called Conversations That Matter every Tuesday night on Community Radio.
