Sales Marketing Operations Manager

Implemented Hubspot Sales and Marketing systems. Architected lifecycle, lead scoring, customer marketing, lead nurturing, lead recycling while standardizing sales processes and sales funnel movement. Implemented reporting for marketing attribution, campaign influence as well as sales performance.

Worked with our CEO to build out a small marketing team in addition to managing our sales team. Added a creative and content lead in May 2018 to help continue to drive growth. 

Created a repeatable growth engine, driving leads in through organic and paid channels then nurturing them until sales hand-off. Managed sales team to grow our processes, performance, coaching and data adherence processes.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Hired two sales representatives to build out the first sales team after commercialization. Built repeatable sales process and ensured lead follow up and quality. Created 30/60/90 day plans to help onboard and continued to coach on sales process. Enabled them to bring their best selves to work and oversaw the creation of a sales playbook.

Sales Manager

First sales hire after productization. Held title for most units sold in one month (28 sales) on departure in 2020. Managed inbound requests on chat, engaged with prospects and customers through various channels. 

Built out our social media presence on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn as well as creating content for paid advertising.  

Architected the first sales funnel, rolled out the GTM plan for our website, collaborated on blog posts as well as marketing strategies.
