UPDATE: Successfully selling the company the company to the largest global player in the Damage Control industry BELFOR Group in 2022.  

I joined SSG as part of Polaris Equity's acquisition of the company and had the responsibility for driving the investment case and lead the firm to an successful exit. 

Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Execution: Collaborated closely with the BoD, CEO and was part of group management.  I had the responsibility to craft and implement SSG/Belfor’s growth, innovation and operational strategies combining strategy and execution with a keen focus on profitability.

Business Development and growth: Spearheaded the identification of new business opportunities and revenue streams, significantly contributing to SSG/Belfor’s robust growth during our leadership. 

Mergers & Acquisitions: Actively leading  our M&A track with our owners this included exploring and executing potential M&A opportunities. Including negotiation with targets and driving the M&A process. We acquired and integrated 3 companies during our time in SSG/BELFOR.

Board Engagement: Maintained a clear and effective communication channel with the Board, articulating strategy and business performance.

SSG Group is a PE owned leading Damage Control Service provider in Scandinavia. We deliver core damage control services to the insurance industry as well as public institutions and large corporations. 
We have a clear strategy of being the leading DC provider en Scandinavia and are going through a significant organizational transformation to radically change the way we deliver services. Meaning standardization, professionalization and significant investments in digitization. 
My role is to drive the transformation of the group across geographies and drive a high performing team of problem solvers to solve various projects across the group. So in short, I solve business issues and get stuff done.

As part of Polaris Equity's acquisition of SSG Group, I joined SSG in may 2020.
