2. Served for major clients across India and abroad. Adopted Metric-based design solutions to drive product success

a) I worked on the leading bank project in India, which touches more than 400 million users every day and has a significant impact on the Indian banking industry. The mobile app has more than 2.2 million reviews and secured a rating of 4.3 in Android and 3.8 in the Apple Store, which indicates the success of the project. The one-stop shop application has Internet Banking, Shopping, securities, cards, insurance, etc. As a design leader from the concept to delivery, with the responsibility of running multiple workshops, creating personas, journey maps, information architecture, design systems, prototypes, usability testing for each feature, managing stakeholders by proactively updating the progress, managing escalations, overseeing designers, including coaching and taking care of their well-being, etc., Churned more than 3500 mobile screens in 8 months with 20+ designers. 
b) For the project for a leading fertiliser company in Africa, I created a business model canvas with product managers and digital strategists, conducted stakeholder interviews to understand the business goal, and conducted user research in qualitative and quantitative methods to gain insights and understand the pain points. Created personas, journey maps, prototypes, etc.; conducted a usability test, which secured an 82.5 average SUS rating for the application. 
c) For Saudi Arabia's leading financial solution provider as a design leader, I started the project with stakeholder interviews and user interviews. Conducted secondary research to strategise the solutions. With those insights, I created an affinity map and personas, a journey map, design systems, prototypes, and conducted an AB test. This project helped to win other major projects.
