As employee 60, I joined the company to lead and scale the Talent Acquisition team through a period of hypergrowth. During my tenure, I grew the team from 3 recruiters to 13, including 1 Recruiting Manager, 1 Lead, 3 technical recruiters, 3 GTM/G&A recruiters, 2 sourcers, 2 coordinators, 1 Ops, and a Programs/Ops Manager.

I also played a significant role in the company's growth, increasing employee headcount by 358%, from 60 to 275 FTEs at its peak in 2022 (before an RIF in 8/22).

I was directly responsible for hiring the Executive Staff, which included the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, SVP of Product Development, VP of Engineering, VP of Product Development, VP of Sales, Head of Behavior Health, and VP & Head of Partnerships.

I am the Global Lead and Chair of Autodesk's Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG), which is dedicated to empowering, developing, and providing opportunities for our global Latinx employee base. Our priorities include professional and personal development, external community work, recruitment, mentorship, and business development. The mission of the Autodesk Latinx Network is to have a positive impact on Autodesk's culture, and to ensure the professional development of all Latinos at Autodesk.

Global Lead & Chair - Autodesk Latinx Network (ALN) ERG

Autodesk Construction Cloud connects teams and project data from design to done—reducing risk, protecting profits, and increasing predictability.

- M&A TA lead - assisting in integration experience for BuildingConnected and PlanGrid into Autodesk, focusing on workflow, tooling, and systems perspective.
- I manage and oversee Global Talent Acquisition for Autodesk Construction Solutions, which includes AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. This division is composed of four acquired companies: PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, BIM360, and Assemble.
- My team consists of 20 people located globally, including recruitment management, R&D and GTM team leads, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
- Increased employee base in Autodesk Construction Cloud business unit across all disciplines and levels by 262%. The baseline employee count at acquisition was 400, which increased to 1450 globally (AMER, LATAM, and APAC).
- Led HR and TA integration of acquired group into Autodesk, including PlanGrid and BuildingConnected, for a total of 400 global employees.

Head of Global Talent - Autodesk Construction Cloud (G&A, Sales, Tech)

I lead a global team of recruiters focused on hiring for Autodesk's AMER and LATAM regions. My team is responsible for hiring go-to-market roles at all levels for all product lines at Autodesk.

Our accomplishments include increasing the employee base by 880 in Worldwide Sales in FY20 (Inside and Field Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and Support), and opening new office hubs in Atlanta, GA and Costa Rica.

Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader - AMER and LATAM 

Autodesk Construction Cloud

BuildingConnected (acquired by Autodesk in March 2019) is the leading preconstruction platform that enables commercial real estate owners and general contractors to hire qualified contractors for their projects.

- I built and led the Talent and HR teams at BuildingConnected, reporting directly to the CTO and CEO founders.
- Oversaw a 425% growth in the BuildingConnected employee base, increasing it from 40 to 210 full-time employees at its peak.
- Oversaw the People and Talent team, which grew from two to six recruiters and four HR professionals.
- Developed sustainable and scalable recruitment programs, knowledge bases, and playbooks.
- Managed and optimized talent and HR tech stack – Lever ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem (candidate prospecting and data), Glassdoor, Zenefits (HRIS), Lattice (employee engagement/performance management), HumanInterest (401k), Lumity (benefits broker).
- Directly responsible for hiring executive staff: SVP Engineering, SVP Marketing, and SVP Customer Success.
