Some weeks change you more than you realize. The eXp Convention in Miami did that for us.

Ashley and I came home.. and immediately hit the ground running. It’s been a busy and really good stretch.. but I’ve been wanting to share this because that week genuinely shifted something in us.

We learned a lot. We were surrounded by people we admire. We had conversations that pushed us in all the right ways. And I came back sharper.. more grounded.. and more focused on serving at the highest level for my clients and my team.

There’s something about stepping out of your routine and being around people who are growing on purpose. You absorb it. You feel that stretch. And you come home different.
