I worked in Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) and Protection Units of World Food Programme (WFP) under Emergency Social Safety Net (ESSN) program which is the biggest humanitarian project that the EU has ever funded and is aiming to increase the resilience of refugees through cash based assistance. Under Protection Unit, I identified cases with protection concern and made protection referrals to Turkish Red Crescent an other organizations such as UNHCR. Under AAP Unit, I assisted in creating content for ESSN Facebook page, updating and developing complaint and feedback mechanisms, and monitoring ESSN communication channels. Besides, I conducted research, analyzed data and prepared reports. In this regard, I was engaged with Excel and Tableau.
