Why do so many big grocery stores in the United States stink? 
Literally. They smell like rotting fruit, vegetables, and meat. 

Shouldn’t it be illegal to design a store such that you walk straight into the donut section as soon as you enter?

What if all the stuff that’s going to kill you (we’re not talking your mom’s homemade apple pie here; more concerned with super processed stuff like Twinkies) was in an aisle with caution tape at each end to warn you? 

Or maybe it’s behind a staffed counter where they check your ID to make sure you’re old enough to realize what you’re doing?

I'm happiest when I can pour my passion for healthcare into my community and help others thrive in their lives as a result. Specifically, I want to empower women to take charge of their aging journey and have the insights and tools to do it. I believe that women's health has been neglected and too fragmented for too long. At Vitelle, we optimize women's healthy aging to allow women to show up as the best version of themselves every day. We also allow physicians, practitioners and holistic care providers to coordinate care and merge with our daily health protocols to service their patients better. This approach allows women to feel empowered and be supported through an AI-enhanced platform that coordinates their care all in one place.

As the CEO and Founder of Vitelle, I lead a company that designs longevity and healthy aging lifestyle approaches specifically for female bodies. With over 15 years of experience in sports science, media and communications, public information, health and wellness, and maternal health, I have a unique and valuable perspective on how to empower and support women of all ages and stages of life.

My passion for women's health and wellness stems from my own personal and professional journey. I was a professional athlete representing Team Germany in modern pentathlon for almost a decade, before moving to New York City and working as a public information officer at the United Nations, covering the General Assembly and liaising with major media outlets. After becoming a mother, I founded and grew a successful maternal health training method and community, coaching hundreds of parents and women through pregnancy and postpartum. I also partnered with organizations, institutions, and companies to improve approaches and outcomes for women's health and wellness. Now, at Vitelle, I leverage my skills and expertise to create innovative and evidence-based solutions for female longevity and healthy aging.
