Talked to a CEO + founder client this afternoon. He called to say thanks. His people are losing weight, more productive, happier, less stressed. 

I reminded him that he’s the one who connected his people with their health guy. And he’s good at picking high-potential people. 

His sales guy was expecting to have a down quarter (“Q4 is always slow”). He’s on track to have his second-best month in the 5 years he’s been at the company. What happened?

“I’ve got more energy so I’ve been reaching out to prospects more.”
 
I asked the founder why he invested in this kind of support for his people. What sort of ROI was he hoping to see?

His answer, “Not really worried about ROI. Not everyone has access to this kind of thing and I figured it could help them.”

Can doing the right thing for your people really help your bottom line???

Client texted today to cancel this afternoon’s call. She’s sick, Thanksgiving is coming, the works. 

No sweat. Same day + time next week? 

Yep. 

I went to change the calendar invite immediately. 
Client had already sent a new invitation with updated day and time. 

What if we all operated like this client?
Wouldn’t the world be a better place?

A couple weeks back, a friend sent a piece about his friend who used AI as his health coach. Helped him with some technical stuff like suggesting he ask his doctor about a new medication because the current one was messing up his hormones. Smart.

Another friend told me he wouldn’t hire a health coach because all the information is available online. True. And fine, because he doesn’t need a health coach. 

So, what’s left? Is AI coming for everyone’s job? Are you going to ChatGPT your way to losing 50 pounds? Is knowing what you need to do enough?

Talking to a friend back in June. He’s in his early 70s, got a new hip a couple years ago. 

When it was time for a new hip, his doctor said hold on, not so fast, you’ve gotta lose some weight first. In August, his doctor said he’d schedule the surgery tentatively for February, on the condition that my friend had to be 20 lbs lighter by then. 

He’s a pretty focused guy, plus he was tired of not being able to do the stuff he wanted to, sick of the pain. Had lost the weight in the past, had a plan, was confident he could do it again. 

He got it done. Lost the 20 lbs in 10 weeks. Then, starting in mid-October, he called his doctor every day (focused, remember?).
“Any cancellations?” No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, yes. Got the new hip the day before Thanksgiving. Had a whole new life by February. 

But what if you’re not like my friend?
Don’t have a plan, haven’t lost the weight before?
But still need a new hip/knee/etc.?

Drinking coffee, reading 4,000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman. There's some stuff in the epilogue about self-help. 

The question, "If telling someone what to do was enough, wouldn't we know it already?" came up. 

Reminded me of a friend who sent a DM a couple weeks ago. Said something like, "I know you charge for this stuff, but maybe you can share a few free tips with a friend? Please? I need to lose weight." 

4,000 weeks. This guy is in his early 30s. 30x52 = 1560 weeks gone, 40% of life is in the rearview. 

Doesn't it make you wonder?

Is another podcast episode, another free tip going to get you from where you are to where you want to be? 
How long has it been this way? 
How long are you going to tolerate it?

3 things I heard this week: 

-"I'm walking 12,000 steps/day."
-"My clothes aren't so tight anymore!"
-"My girlfriend told me she's proud of the progress I'm making."

You have the support you need to get where you want to go?
Going to lone wolf it? 
Got a plan?

Say you lose 10 pounds by 12/31/2025...who's the first person to notice?

Talked to a guy today:

He's lost weight before. That time around, he started 75 Hard and stopped eating at the same time. If it’s all about CICO, he was a model student.

But it sucked!
Energy was low, he was injured a few weeks in.
Made it 25% of the way to his weight loss goal.
3 months later he had gained it all back +20 lbs.

Doing it differently this time around.
More exercise, but not so extreme.
Eating plenty, and it's all real stuff.
Doesn’t count calories, macros, etc.
And? 

He’s down 10 pounds in the last 6 weeks. 
Shooting for 15 by Thanksgiving. 
Family telling him he’s got more energy. 

Can it really be simple, pain-free, maybe even fun?!?!

Self-sabotage doesn’t exist

Here’s why:

I was working with a client who couldn’t understand why he kept creating situations where he didn’t do what he promised himself to do.

He said:

→ I’ll start my online business
→ I’ll start creating content
→ I’ll finally go all in

But he didn’t.

And then came the loop of thoughts you know too well:

→ I’m a failure
→ I always mess it up
→ I’m not good enough

But when we went through NLP, Breathwork, Visualization, and Meditation…

We started peeling the layers away.

Understanding why it was all happening.

What the root cause was.

And it became clear:

There’s no such thing as self-sabotage.

It’s your nervous system trying to protect you.

You’re protecting yourself from:

→ Pushing yourself back into fight or flight
→ Creating from scarcity instead of alignment
→ Expanding your capacity without regulation and safety

Your body isn’t against you.

And here’s why it happens to you too.

You already struggle with:

→ Insomnia
→ Numbness
→ Chronic fatigue
→ Zero inner safety
→ Emotional overload

So your nervous system keeps you exactly where you are because right now expansion feels dangerous.

The solution?

1. Create safety in your nervous system

95% of high achievers built the “perfect life”… and still feel miserable

Why?

You built the life you were told would make you happy.

Your Inner Child never disappeared. They just learned to hide their needs, their softness, their magic… waiting for the moment you finally return to them.

Your Masculine gives you structure, clarity, and grounded action when it’s healthy, and becomes rigid, controlling, or anxious when it’s wounded.

Your Feminine brings intuition, flow, beauty, and emotional depth, and when she’s suppressed, life loses color, softness, and meaning.

Your Higher Self isn’t somewhere above you. It’s the quiet, steady presence you hear when the noise drops and you finally listen.

Most people never meet these parts so they:

→ Repeat the same patterns
→ Live the same stories
→ Feel the same pain

But when you finally understand your inner world?

Everything shifts.

It’s your emotions making you sick 

Even cancer has emotional roots

I know it sounds wild, but think about it.

We’re all exposed to:

→ Stress
→ Pollution
→ Viruses and bacteria

But not everyone gets sick.

Why?

Because illness doesn’t just come from germs or toxins.

It hits you when your body is already in a weakened state.

And what weakens it the most?

Unprocessed emotions.

Your body listens to the emotions you refuse to face:

→ Fear
→ Anger
→ Anxiety
→ Insecurity
→ Resentment

They’re not “in your head.”

They’re biochemical signals.

They impact your:

→ Cells
→ Hormones
→ Immune system

Cancer, for example, is often linked to deep emotional pain. Long-standing resentment. Grief stored so deeply it starts eating you from the inside out.

Anxiety is what happens when you don’t trust the process of life. When your body is stuck in fight or flight.

Chronic shoulder pain? That’s emotional responsibility you’ve been carrying for everyone but yourself.

So why weren’t you taught this?

Because you were conditioned to disconnect:

→ The rush of daily life
→ The belief that emotions equal weakness
→ Numbing yourself with social media, alcohol, food

But emotions don’t disappear.

They ferment.
They get stuck.
They show up as symptoms.

So what can you do?

→ Learn how your body works and honour its needs
→ Regulate your nervous system daily so you can feel safe
→ Release stored emotions through Conscious Connected Breath

Healing isn’t just physical.

It’s mental and emotional too.

And when you heal those parts, your whole life changes.

You want to know what real strength looks like?

It’s not what you were taught

I would’ve never imagined a year ago that 50% of my clients would be men.

Because FeminaFlow was created for women.

I see it in every single session.

Under the exhaustion.

There are core beliefs like:

→ If I fall apart, everything around me falls too
→ My emotions will make me look weak
→ I must be the stable one
→ I have to fix everything
→ Rest is not for me

And these beliefs don’t just stay in your head.

They take over your body.

They turn into:

→ Chronic fatigue even when you sleep
→ Tight shoulders and neck you can’t relax
→ Insomnia from a mind that never shuts off
→ Anxiety that sits in your chest like a heavy stone
→ Lower back pain that feels like pressure you can’t carry anymore

Your body is begging you to stop holding everything inside.

That’s why this Men’s Health Day, I want every man reading this to hear me clearly:

→ Your sensitivity is your strength
→ Your emotions are not your weakness
→ Your body speaks before your mind does
→ Protect, provide, lead, and love without fear
→ Healing doesn’t take your masculinity away, it amplifies it

It’s time to redefine what it means to be a man.

Not by numbing.
Not by pushing harder.
Not by ignoring your body.

But:

By presence.
By awareness.
By emotional honesty.

So here’s my invitation.

Breathe and feel.

Let your body speak.

Because healing begins the moment you stop running from yourself.

I thought I was surfing

Turns out, I was surviving

Beautiful day in Bali.

I went to Padang Padang Beach, the Eat Pray Love one.

They said it’s perfect for beginners.

So I grabbed my board and went for it.

For a while, everything was peaceful.

Waves were soft.
Sun on my skin.
Salt in my hair.

I was learning how to paddle, balance, and stand up for a few seconds before falling again.

But then the ocean changed.

The waves got stronger.

The current pulled harder.

And suddenly, I wasn’t “learning to surf” anymore…

I was fighting to survive.

I tried to paddle back.

Didn’t move an inch.

My arms burned.

My breath got shallow.

And I realized I was too close to the cliff.

People started shouting from the beach:
“Paddle! Paddle! Get out of there!”

I was trying.
I really was.
But I couldn’t.

And that’s when I finally whispered:
“God, please help me.”

Within seconds, a surfer appeared.

“Are you okay? Do you need help?” he asked.

I could only say, “Yes.”

He grabbed my board and brought me back to shore.

I almost collapsed on the sand.

Breathing.
Shaking.
Alive.

And I remembered one thing he said:

“Don’t let fear stop you.”

That day reminded me of something deeper than surfing.

You can’t always handle life alone.
Sometimes the waves get too strong.
Sometimes real strength is asking for help, not pretending you’re fine.

Because staying too long in survival mode will drown you.

You’ll burn out.
You’ll start gasping for air.
You’ll lose trust in life and in yourself.

I’ve been there.

Three years ago, I pushed through burnout for 11 months before I finally hit the wall.

So if you’re struggling right now, maybe it’s time to stop fighting the waves and ask for support before you sink.

Because healing isn’t about controlling the ocean.

It’s about learning to trust it again.

And to trust yourself.

You can hack your mood all you want

But until you learn to hack your emotions… you’ll keep burning out

You know what’s the most popular advice in the business world, right?

“Hack your mood and stick to the plan.”

And yeah, you can achieve a lot by doing that.

→ Pushing yourself to fit the plan no matter what
→ 5 cups of coffee a day
→ Nicotine spray

But if you ever mastered that, you know how it ends.

→ Know it’s time to change, but you freeze
→ Choose comfort over your calling

5. Shame is asking for acceptance

For when you:

→ Compare yourself to others and never feel enough
→ Hide your truth because you fear judgment
→ Punish yourself for simply being human

They’re not your enemies.

They’re your teachers.

Your compass back to alignment.

Once you listen, you release.

You stop betraying yourself.

And your body finally feels safe to grow again.

The propaganda I’m not falling for

Because most “truths” were designed to keep you numb, obedient, and asleep

→ Birth control pills instead of syncing your cycle
→ Pills for symptoms instead of healing the root cause
→ Beyond Meat instead of real, organic, grass-fed meat
→ Restrictive diets instead of eating whole, natural food
→ Sunglasses and sunscreen instead of healthy sun exposure
→ “Trauma defines you” instead of remembering it’s an initiation
→ “All salt is bad” instead of using real minerals your body needs
→ Years of talk therapy instead of emotional release and bodywork
→ “Burnout is normal” instead of realizing it’s a sign of misalignment
→ “Freeze your eggs in your 30s” instead of healing your hormones now
→ “Feminism is empowerment” instead of knowing your power is creation
→ Gender transition for lost teens instead of guiding them back to their body
→ “Emotions are weakness” instead of seeing them as your guidance system
→ “Science is the only truth” instead of integrating intuition and consciousness
→ “Success means hustle” instead of flow, embodiment, and emotional balance

The truth?

You don’t need to be fixed.
You need to remember.

Your body knows.
Your soul knows.

And the more you reconnect with nature, God, and your emotions, the freer you become.

I don’t care about fancy data but about what your body can feel

But this… this shook me

I’ve been practicing:

→ Conscious Breath
→ Visualisation
→ Meditation

Every single day for years.

And I guide my clients through the same practices.

The transformations are always out of this planet.

But this time I got the kind of proof you can’t argue with.

A friend of mine did one of my YouTube practices and he tracked his stress levels with his Oura ring.

He started the practice in the Engaged zone.

Not terrible.

Just that subtle stress your nervous system carries without you even noticing.

Twenty minutes later…

His body dropped all the way into Restored.

That is the deepest recovery state your nervous system can enter while you are still awake.

It means:

→ Heart rate down
→ Muscles let go
→ HRV up

(HRV is your nervous system’s resilience. The higher it goes, the safer and calmer your body feels)

Which means his nervous system flipped from survival into repair mode.

This is not “relaxation.”
This is a full physiological shift.
A regulated nervous system in real time.

And then something wild happened.

His Oura ring marked it as a 40 minute nap.

Even though he was awake the entire time.

Why?

Because his body showed the same signals as sleep.

The same deep parasympathetic restoration.

The same repair response.

Triggered in just 20 minutes from one session.

You think you’re overthinking and overreacting

But what you’re feeling didn’t even start with you

“Am I overreacting?”

That’s what my client asked me last week.

And I smiled.

Because I used to ask myself the same thing.

Maybe you do too.

→ Am I overreacting
→ Am I overthinking
→ Am I too emotional

How often do you blame yourself for being:

→ Too tired
→ Too much
→ Too sensitive

As if something inside you is wrong.

But nothing about you is wrong.

Nothing about you is broken.

And most of what you’re feeling is not even yours.

You’re influenced by the invisible.

The inherited.

The generational.

Your lineage lived in survival.

They carried fear in their bodies every single day.

→ Will we survive
→ Are the children safe
→ Will we have food tomorrow

And now here you are.

Carrying the echo of their pain in your nervous system.

Fighting a different kind of war.

Not physical.

But emotional, energetic, mental, spiritual.

Because their experiences didn’t disappear.

They stayed in the body.
They stayed in the bloodline.
They stayed in the subconscious.

And you’re the first one who finally has safety.

A warm home.
A locked door.
Food in your fridge.

Safe enough to feel what they couldn’t.

So no, you’re not overreacting.

You’re not too emotional.

You’re the one releasing what they couldn’t.
You’re the one breaking the pattern.
You’re the one healing the line.

When you listen instead of suppress.
When you breathe instead of numb.
When you feel instead of escape.

You become the medicine for your family.

Past and future.

Now... take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and tell me:
