66.1 years without a chronic disease isn't enough.

In 2022, burnout hit me like a wave I never saw coming.

On the outside, I had it all together.

→ A fast-paced corporate job
→ Daily yoga and Ayurveda
→ Chasing my dreams

Doing all the “right” things.

But behind the scenes, I was drowning in:

→ Constant confusion
→ Struggles to get out of bed
→ Guilt every time I tried to slow down
→ A nervous system stuck in overdrive
→ Overwhelm that never left my chest

I kept asking myself:

“How can I not handle this? I don’t even have kids yet.”

The breaking point?

A simple moment when I finally asked my manager for support.

And he replied:

“What’s your solution?”

That one sentence cracked me open.

I knew I couldn’t keep living like this.

So I paused.

I rested.

And I started listening to my body for the first time in years.

I realized I’d been living in my head, stuck in overdrive, addicted to doing.

Always in my masculine energy.

Disconnected from my feminine essence and my inner wisdom.

And the truth hit me hard:

You can’t create a life you love from burnout.

You can’t manifest your dreams if you’re running on survival mode.

I started healing.

→ Reconnected with my feminine essence
→ Regulated my nervous system & hormones
→ Rebuilt my life from alignment, not pressure
→ Rewired limiting beliefs and reclaimed my peace
→ Released emotional blockages and childhood wounds

This journey became the foundation of my method:

Now I guide high-achieving women and emotionally intelligent men back home to themselves.

To their bodies.

To their hearts.

To the version of themselves they were always meant to be.

I turned 34

And this year taught me that authenticity isn’t soft…

It’s ruthless.

I stopped dimming my light to make others comfortable. People-pleasing is not kindness. It’s self-abandonment. And I’m done with it.

I started talking about my passion more. My work. My business. Because people have no idea what you do or what they’re missing. Even in Bali, when I mention Conscious Connected Breathing, people ask: “Wait… what?” Exactly. That’s the point.

I accepted that not everyone will accept me. And that single decision healed more than years of trying. Including my acne. Your body relaxes when you stop fighting for approval.

I learned that if you’re in survival mode, you don’t get to save others yet. You save yourself first. That’s not selfish. That’s integrity.

The biggest lie about authenticity? That you can think your way into it. You can’t. You become authentic by meeting your shadows and transmuting them into gifts. There is no bypass.

I realized you don’t have to be Christian or religious to be deeply connected to God. And you’re allowed to feel guided by Jesus without giving your power to an institution.

I stopped choosing between depth and joy. You can be spiritual and focused and still be a silly goose with your friends. Dancing. Laughing. Enjoying food and wine. This life is meant to be lived, not escaped.

Right now, I feel profoundly blessed…

I have friends and family who love me deeply. And this year, that love feels different. Because it comes from within even more.

I’m endlessly grateful for my clients. For their trust. And for the transformations that still leave me speechless.

And to you, my LinkedIn friends. Thank you. For the conversations. The reflections. And the co-creation in this digital world.

34 doesn’t feel like getting older but like coming home.

Here’s the truth no one told you:

One of my clients reminded herself of something important after our last session.

Her CMTO was low the last time she tested it.

CMTO = Chronic Mental–Tension Overload

And suddenly…

Everything made sense.

Because what she feels right now isn’t a personality flaw.

It isn’t a failure.

It isn’t “who she is.”

It’s a state.

Not a diagnosis.

Not a label.

A snapshot of how regulated your nervous system is.

When CMTO is low, you feel:

→ Flat
→ Heavy
→ Unmotivated
→ Disconnected
→ Like life is happening without you

When CMTO is high, you feel:

→ Alive
→ Clear
→ Present
→ Safe in your body
→ Grounded and responsive instead of reactive

And here’s the key:

CMTO works exactly like:

→ Anxiety
→ Burnout
→ Depression
→ Chronic stress
→ Emotional numbness

All of them are reversible states.

Not identities.

Low CMTO means your nervous system learned survival, and anything that was learned can be unlearned.

Not through forcing positivity.
Not through pushing harder.
Not through mindset hacks.

But through the body:

→ Emotional release
→ Restoring internal safety
→ Nervous system regulation
→ Reconnecting mind and body
→ Letting the body finish what it never got to complete

High CMTO isn’t something you chase.

It’s something you restore.

Never doubt it.

Your body remembers the way back.

It's today.

I’m going to be a millionaire

And this is how I know

Not because I visualized it once.
Not because I “believed hard enough.”
Not because I repeated affirmations in the mirror.

But because my body said yes.

A few days ago, after a short breathwork session and meditation, I asked myself one simple question:

“Am I going to be a millionaire?”

My gut answered before my mind could interfere.

A clear yes.

The same physical sensation that has guided me for the last 2.5 years, and it has never failed me.

But it wasn’t always like this.

I wasn’t connected.

I was:

→ Anxious
→ Depressed
→ Burned out

And I didn’t change my life by “thinking positive.”

I changed it through:

→ Release: Letting stored emotions and traumas leave the body
→ Regulation: Teaching my nervous system that it is safe
→ Coherence: Aligning heart, body, and mind

This is embodiment.

This is living from truth instead of fear.

And when you have a blueprint inside your body, you don’t hope anymore.

You know.

You feel it before it happens.

And that’s when reality starts responding.

You think Bali is paradise?

It is but only after it breaks you open

People ask me:

“How’s Bali life?”

They expect a simple answer.

There isn’t one.

Because Bali is a paradox.

→ Wild nature next to trash
→ A lifestyle that looks soft but hits hard internally
→ Western freedom fantasies next to local survival

When I arrived, I cried…

Not from fear, but from the deep knowing that one chapter of my life had closed, and I had stepped into the unknown with nothing but a dream I’d carried for years.

And Bali did what she always does.

She cracks you open.

Bali Belly didn’t last three days.

It lasted two weeks.

Two weeks of weakness.
Two weeks of slowing down.
Two weeks of emotions surfacing from places I didn’t even know existed in my body.

Not poisoning.

Purification.

Because here, nothing stays suppressed.

Your fears.
Your heartbreak.
Your insecurities.

They rise, fast and loud, until you stop running.

And then comes the shift.

Freedom.

The kind Western life numbs out of you.

The kind that feels like remembering who you were before survival mode became normal.

Five months in, I feel more alive than ever.

My nervous system is calmer.
My business is blooming.
My inner child is smiling.

Bali didn’t change me.

I changed because I stopped hiding.

You’re not kind. You’re afraid…

Like a child who learned to survive through compliance

And you’ve been calling it kindness.

Me too…

But it’s not.

It’s a fawn response.

A survival mechanism.

People-pleasing is what you learned when it didn’t feel safe to be fully yourself.

It’s your nervous system saying:

→ “If I’m nice, I’ll be accepted.”
→ “If I shrink, I won’t be rejected.”
→ “If I don’t upset anyone, I’ll be safe.”

For a long time, I thought this applied mostly to women.

It doesn’t.

Men do it too.

They just don’t talk about it.

And I see it over and over again with my clients, for many different reasons.

People-pleasing hides behind:

→ Being “kind”
→ Avoiding conflict
→ Being “easy to work with”
→ Over-giving without boundaries
→ Respecting authority at all costs

And here’s the dangerous part.

People-pleasing feels like love.

But it’s not love.

It’s fear wearing a soft mask.

And if you’re honest, you already feel the cost:

→ Anxiety
→ Exhaustion
→ Resentment
→ Lack of clarity
→ Living a life that doesn’t fully feel like yours

You’re not a child anymore.

You don’t need to earn safety through compliance.

I’m not saying isolate yourself.

I’m not saying become cold or selfish.

I’m saying choose yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable, especially when it’s uncomfortable.

2026 is not about being nicer.

It’s about being truer.

And that’s where peace begins.

Life is a game 

But most people are playing it wrong and wondering why nothing changes

During a deep inner work session with my client, we moved through:

→ NLP + somatic-based questions
→ Conscious Connected Breath
→ Guided visualization
→ Meditation
→ Music

His nervous system dropped into:

1. A deep parasympathetic state
(The body’s natural healing and safety mode)

2. Theta brainwaves
(The same state you enter just before sleep or deep meditation, where the subconscious mind opens)

3. Total presence
(No overthinking, no defense, no control)

And then he said something that stopped me:

“I always loved light work because it feels like a game. It’s fun. It’s comfortable. And I thought I was healing.”

Because he saw it…

Light work is what you choose. 

Shadow work is what you avoid.

And that’s where the real game starts.

In that deep state, his mind showed him a scene.

He was playing Zelda.

It’s a game where nothing opens just because you want it to.

You move forward only by passing trials.

→ You find hidden keys
→ You face obstacles
→ You unlock levels
→ You pass gates
→ You evolve

And suddenly it clicked.

The next level of his life won’t unlock with more mindset work.

Or more affirmations.

Or more spiritual bypassing.

It unlocks with what most people don’t want to face.

→ Suppressed emotions
→ Unspoken anger
→ Old pain
→ Shame
→ Fear

Everyone says they want to be:

→ Healthy
→ Wealthy
→ Happy

But very few are willing to do the work that actually leads there.

Because the truth is simple:

Both light and shadow are required.

Light work keeps your nervous system regulated.

Shadow work sets you free.

And when you integrate both, the final key appears.

Not money.
Not success.
Not discipline.

Love.

Love for yourself.
Love for your body.
Love for the parts you were taught to reject.

That’s how you unlock the next level.

And that’s how you stop playing small in a game you were meant to master.

Why I refuse to optimize my business

Even though most experts told me to

“Shorten your free workshop.”
“30 minutes is enough.”
“2 hours is too long.”
“No one has time.”
“Optimize.”

So I tried.

I decided to shorten it to 1 hour.

Just to experiment.

To explore.

To not always be the stubborn one.

But when I sat down to prepare it, something felt off.

Heavy.
Forced.
Controlling.

Like I was rushing people through their nervous system, like I was trying to optimize healing.

So I didn’t do it.

I stayed with 2 hours.

You know why?

Because healing doesn’t happen on a timer.

During the last workshop, after the whole process of:

→ Conscious Connected Breath
→ Visualisation
→ Meditation

The participants shared:

“The first and second round felt unbearable. I wanted to quit. But around the third round, I finally let go. I cried. I shook. I released emotions I’d been holding for years.”

“I felt a huge amount of energy releasing from my hands. I’ve never experienced anything like that. It felt like a superpower. So much release. So much relief. I feel lighter and like myself again.”

“It was so much fun to breathe today. I let go of one of my childhood beliefs. I realized I don’t have to define myself by one thing only. I can be multi-passionate.”

That doesn’t happen in 30 minutes.

And it doesn’t happen in 1 hour.

Breath needs time.

Time for the body to feel safe.
Time to calm the mind.
Time to release.

Conscious Connected Breath can feel powerful, but it cannot be optimized.

Because you’re not a machine.

And neither is your nervous system.

If you’re going to the gym even though you hate it, you’re abandoning yourself


For years, I had a love–hate relationship with the gym.

Sometimes I loved it.

I thrived there.

And then something changed.

My body started saying no.

Not quietly.
Not politely.
Loudly.

The environment began to feel wrong:

→ Aggressive, chaotic energy
→ Air conditioning & artificial lighting
→ Loud music overstimulating my nervous system

And my body responded.

→ Anxiety
→ Acne coming back
→ Digestion going out of balance

Instead of leaving the gym feeling grounded and empowered, I walked out dysregulated.

And that’s when it hit me.

This wasn’t discipline.

This was self-betrayal.

We’ve been sold the idea that pushing through resistance equals strength.

Especially in hustle culture.
Especially as high-achievers.
Especially in the fitness industry.

But here’s the truth no one tells you:

Your body doesn’t respond to force.

It responds to safety.

When movement stresses your nervous system:

→ Your hormones don’t balance
→ Your body doesn’t transform
→ Your digestion doesn’t heal

It protects itself.

And protection looks like:

→ Inflammation
→ Breakouts
→ Fatigue

So I stopped forcing my body into environments it didn’t want to be in, and I started asking better questions.

→ Does this feel regulating or overstimulating?
→ Do I feel more myself after… or less?
→ Does my body open or brace?

That changed everything.

Because movement is not punishment.

It’s communication.

And if your body keeps resisting the gym, maybe it’s not lazy.

Maybe it’s wise.

The root cause of the world’s sickness 

And how to heal:

I’m driving to visit a friend.

Same artist.

Same album.

On repeat.

I had listened to it all week.

I was almost tired of it.

Almost.

But I kept playing it.

And then it hit me.

→ Why do I do that?
→ What void am I trying to fill?
→ What part of me feels unseen?
→ What emotions am I trying to feel?
→ What words am I feeding my mind?

Music is powerful as it helps you:

→ Process
→ Escape
→ Feel

But sometimes, you use it to drown out what you actually need to hear.

And it’s not just music.

Do you want to binge Netflix?
Stop. Sit with it. What are you avoiding?

Do you want to pour a glass of wine?
Stop. Sit with it. What are you numbing?

Do you want to check your phone again?
Stop. Sit with it. What are you looking for?

When you look around, distractions are everywhere.

But what you’re truly seeking is connection.

→ Connection with yourself
→ Connection with your emotions
→ Connection with something greater

What works wonders for me?

→ Conscious Connected Breathing to release emotions and feel safe
→ Visualisation to gain clarity and embody your future self
→ Meditation to quiet the noise and hear your inner voice

Silence is uncomfortable, but it is where you finally hear what your soul has been trying to tell you all along.
