Why do so many big grocery stores in the United States stink? 
Literally. They smell like rotting fruit, vegetables, and meat. 

Shouldn’t it be illegal to design a store such that you walk straight into the donut section as soon as you enter?

What if all the stuff that’s going to kill you (we’re not talking your mom’s homemade apple pie here; more concerned with super processed stuff like Twinkies) was in an aisle with caution tape at each end to warn you? 

Or maybe it’s behind a staffed counter where they check your ID to make sure you’re old enough to realize what you’re doing?

66.1 years without a chronic disease isn't enough.

In 2018, every day felt like a fight against my brain while everyone else seemed *fine*. 

I felt weird, alone and so nervous. 

All the time. 

I had trouble sleeping, my heart racing so fast, it felt like I was drowning. 

I also had panic attacks and couldn’t leave my house. 

I tried to numb the pain with

→ partying

→ emotional eating

→ hours of mindless scrolling

But that only made things worse. 

At one point, I was so sick of all of it. 

‘’I don’t want to live like this. There must be a way out’’

Truth is: There was a way out. But it was SO hard. 

During many years of painful research, spending thousands of $$$ and applying endless amounts of tools, I fell flat on my face many times.

I almost gave up. 

I’m glad I never did. 

Because once I started to see results?

My life started to feel lighter. 

My mind finally relaxed. 

And so did my body. 

For the first time in my life, I finally felt safe.

Once upon a time not long ago, my heart got broken.

→ disappointment 
→ “maybe this is my husband”

all gone.

And if I’m honest…

The problem wasn’t him.

It was me.

As women, we’re told to have standards.

Yes a little chase is fun.

But that was not what this was.

This was emotional.

The problem?

A big fat wall around my heart.

It felt safe.

But that safety came at a cost.

It kept love out.

For years, I didn’t see it.

How often I sabotaged my dating life.

But my eyes just opened.

Finally.

Here’s what I know now ↓

Control doesn’t create connection.

It stops the right man from entering your life.

So I’m learning to:
→ soften 
→ lower my wall 
→ let someone in

With someone who sees RIGHT through me.

It feels uncomfortable at times.

But I also know ↓

Once you see your pattern,
things can shift fast.

Hella fast.

I’ve seen it with my clients.

I’ve lived it myself.

Remember this:

Real growth starts when you admit you f*cked up.

And you:
→ open your mind
→ kick your ego out the door
→ listen to someone who walked the road

I’m done fighting.


Having goals is fabulous.

Yet they can build... or break. 

Especially the ones little Miss Society

rammed down your throat.

Why?

Because they create rigid rules

→ Married by 30
→ Millionaire by 40
→ Getting retired by 50

And once you believe them,

you start fighting yourself.

How to break down the illusion:

You don’t know what’s going to happen.

And you need to find peace in that.

Whatever it is that you want
→ more love
→ more money
→ more happiness

Maybe you’re dealing with pain in your
→ mind
→ body
→ soul

There are 2 ways to deal with it:

1. You can keep going.

Ignore the signals.

Push through.

Fight change.

Burn out.

Or..

2. You can choose trust.

That whenever sh*t hits the fan, it’s not random.

You may need to
→ slow down
→ learn a lesson
→ work on your mind

Just to be clear:

I have nothing against goals. 

You need direction in life.

I’m talking about the exact how + when.

That was never ours to decide.

I’m done fighting.

So…

I knew I needed to stop posting.

Tune inward.

Best business decision?

No.

But I see this pattern every single time someone is about to level up.

And my business doesn’t come from strategy alone.

It comes from the heart.

My heart. 

Now?

My energy is open again.

To share, inspire, and to help.

Because you deserve a life that feels
→ easy
→ light
→ full of wins

And even when it gets hard,

you can stand back up.

Wiser.

“I’m never enough”is a hell you don’t want to live in.

And many people do.

For years.

Quietly.

So used to it,

they don’t even question it anymore.

Most never find
out there is another way.

Which makes sense.

Society pumps it into your head:

- Pressure = growth.

- Self-hate = discipline.

It’s a lie.

This breaks you.

The fastest way to make yourself sick?

Bullying yourself.

Or rather letting your brain bully YOU.

(you are not your brain)

So…. 

‘’how do I break out?’’

Oh darling,

I’m glad you asked:

NOT by fixing yourself.

But by stopping the inner war ↓


1. Sit with your feelings

Let yourself feel without judging.

Feelings don’t disappear when you say:

‘’I’m busy’’

and you move on.

They just get more intense.

Hitting you at the exact moment when life’s already a mess.

2. Reconnect with your inner voice

Not with your bully brain.

Your intuition.

The one that is buried

underneath all your fears + anxieties.

3. Put a full stop on self-rejection

That is no way to build a relationship with yourself.

Nothing is wrong with you.

Stop lying.

The fastest way to heal from all of this?

Work on your self-image.

You need to look at the world as 1 big adventure.

Where you learn every day.

About you.

Your
→ goals
→ dreams

And also…

Your patterns that keep you from reaching them.

As you walk into the weekend,
remember this:

Never accept the voice
telling you you’re bad.

You’re already good enough

exactly as you are.

And don’t allow any other bully 

to break you down.

Again.

I paid €5K for a mentor and instantly regretted my whole life.


I hit “send payment” and felt…

annoyed.

Not because of the money.

I was annoyed with her.

Did she do anything wrong?

No. 
I paid her. 
I chose her.

And yet there I was, jumping around my living room, frustrated and irritated.

So I: 
→ paused 
→ closed my eyes 
→ stepped into my inner world

And that’s when it clicked.

I was stopping myself.

To grow.

We talk about comfort zones like they only show up as fear.

That “oh my god, this is scary” feeling.

but you can also just get…

MAD

Not because something is wrong

but because your system is trying to pull you back into what’s familiar.

The €5K wasn’t the problem.

My next level was.

And my old identity was screaming STOP,

using emotions as the perfect excuse.

So why am I sharing this?

Because you’re doing this somewhere too.

You’re calling it: 
→ intuition 
→ a bad feeling 
→ it’s not aligned

But if you’re honest ↓

it’s your nervous system protecting an outdated version of you.

So I’ll ask you this:

Which dream feels impossible because it hurts like hell?

I cut my stress in half in 30 seconds. Here’s the secret:

When I feel stressed or anxious, I don't
→ “fix” my thoughts
→ overthink it

All I do?

Drop back in my body.

I remind my nervous system that I’m safe.

“Hey, no lion is chasing you.

You’re okay.”

Here’s how I do it:

1. I breathe in
2. I breathe out slowly
3. I look around the room I’m in
4. I ask myself:
“Does my stress match what’s happening right now?”
5. My shoulders drop
6. My body relaxes
7. Done

Do this anytime you feel anxious.

Your body knows what to do.

Just give it 30 seconds.
