• Development and implementation of strategic commercial plan.
• Price strategy definition.
• Long / short position analysis and control.
• Direct management of SPC sales in major customers.
• Team management in the commercial, operational (export documentation and logistics), and distributors; support R&D research for SPC`s new applications and new products development.
• Direct relationship with distributors, customers and business partners in several international trips (Norway, Germany, Chile, Thailand, Denmark, Netherlands).

Start up and management of bulk, bagged and containerized Soy Protein Concentrate (SPC) business in Asia and Americas. Sales growth through different channels (direct, agents, distributors), increasing revenues since start up, from zero (no sales, no customers) to becoming approximately 15% of company revenues in 2012.
• New Market Development – Development of potential distributors and customers.
• Commercial – Distributor management and direct sales to key customers.
• Development of strategic business plan for areas of responsibility.
• Operational Management – Team Development and management for export logistics and execution / clearance process / documentation.
• Direct relationship with distributors and customers in various international travels (Chile, Peru, China,
Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan).
