I’m an Inside Sales Manager leading a team of SDRs here in the UK. I’ve built structured outbound processes, onboarded and developed reps, and helped shape a culture where people perform and enjoy showing up.

Sales is tough..targets move, people burn out, messaging gets stale, and the pressure’s constant. I’ve seen the reality of it up close, and I’ve learned a lot by being hands-on, trying things, getting things wrong, and working out what actually makes a difference.

I’m still learning every day, but I’m confident in the way I lead, coach, and develop SDRs. I’ve built high-performing pods, coached under-performers into top bookers, and worked closely with BDMs, RevOps and marketing to make sure we’re not just “smashing dials,” but building proper pipeline.

I’ve decided to start sharing more of what I know and what I’m learning. Not to preach — but to add something useful to the conversation.
