Most early-stage teams don’t fail because of their people, they fail because their revenue system is inconsistent. 

Over the last decade, I’ve built, led, and rebuilt GTM engines across Outbound, Inbound, Demo Execution, Pricing, ICP definition, and Pipeline Architecture. Not as a consultant - but as a hands-on operator.
