With over two decades of experience in web development, digital strategy, and agency leadership, I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive through thoughtful technology, smart design, and measurable marketing.

As the Founder and CEO of 3 Media Web, I’ve stepped back in to lead the agency through a pivotal chapter of growth and transformation — aligning Sales, Marketing, and Account Management, mentoring our leadership team, and renewing internal processes to improve delivery and outcomes.

One of my core initiatives is implementing AI to drive operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and future-proof the agency. I’m focused on ensuring that 3 Media Web becomes not just AI-aware, but AI-aligned — enhancing how we research, collaborate, execute, and deliver value to clients.

I originally founded 3 Media Web in 2001 and grew it into an award-winning digital agency serving mid-size to enterprise clients across industries. Our team has partnered with global brands like IBM, Extreme Networks, Rocket Software, and SOLIDWORKS to design and manage websites that drive traffic, generate leads, and deliver ROI.

I’ve always believed in being more than just a vendor — we’re the “un-agency,” working side-by-side with our clients in a shared sense of ownership and success.

Beyond the CEO title, I continue to embrace my role as Chief Helper — supporting the team, collaborating with partners, guiding strategy, and being 3 Media Web’s biggest cheerleader.

I’m a Google Certified professional, a web presence and SEO expert, and I’m energized by the opportunity to mentor others, share knowledge, and lead with purpose in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

When I left nonprofit work 10+ years ago to move into the private sector, it was important to me that I still found ways to give back to my community. Today, through my role helping lead Vision, I get to support and grow local businesses that create jobs and strengthen our regional economy.
 
Alongside that work, I’m proud to serve as Communications Chair for the League of Women Voters Worcester and as a co-founder of the MetroWest Women's Network, LLC  — continuing the community-focused work that has always mattered to me.

22 Massachusetts Female Business Owners Honor International Women’s Day 2026

“Congrats again. You deserve it.” I’ve heard that a lot since I posted about receiving the Center for Women & Enterprise Women Entrepreneurs Who Lift Up Massachusetts Award earlier this week.

And every time someone says it… my brain short circuits a little. 🙃 
I deflect.
Make a joke.
Change the subject.

Ask Laura DiBenedetto🔥. She’ll tell you I’m terrible at accepting praise.
Not because I think I didn’t earn it.
Not because I think it was luck.
I just genuinely don’t know what to say.

Logically the answer is simple: say thank you. But sometimes logic doesn’t enter the chat.

And if I’m being honest, I see this a lot with women.
• We shrink the moment.
• We redirect the credit.
• We downplay the win.

I’m working on that. In the meantime, here’s the reminder I’m giving myself: when you do something great, don’t sand it down.
