We specialized in designing, developing, and marketing WordPress-based websites that aligned with our clients' business goals and delivered ROI.

At BHA, I served as the Chief Technology Officer, where I spearheaded the company's long-term vision by harnessing next-generation technologies. My key accomplishment was the design and evolution of the BHA Select Network, transforming how investment firms connected and collaborated. I built a robust internal technology development and support division, ensuring optimal performance across various facets.

I oversaw the entire technological infrastructure, from employee workstations and internal networks to the VoIP system and corporate web presence. My role extended to managing our external data center and meeting intricate customer support needs. My leadership involved strategic outsourcing to external developers and orchestrating an effective hiring process, from interviewing to onboarding. With a globally dispersed team, I ensured seamless project management and provided unwavering IT support. Additionally, I maintained and enhanced relationships with all external technology vendors.

Ascential Software

Ascential Software Corporation was a premier enterprise data integration solution provider to global organizations. Clients employed the Ascential Enterprise Integration Suite, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely integration of data across various applications.

Previously located in Westborough, Mass., Ascential Software operated international offices and served over 3,000 clients in sectors including financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, and government.

IBM acquired the company in May 2005.

In my role, I oversaw full-cycle project leadership and frequently utilized Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

As a web developer, I was pivotal in both development and creative capacities within a dedicated web team. My daily tasks included traditional webmaster duties and website management. I crafted site layout/user interfaces from given designs, orchestrated the positioning and design of website pages, and engineered robust, user-friendly web applications.

* Leveraging Test Drive as the Nutanix Product-Led Growth engine to drive adoption, conversions, and usage across all Nutanix products

Sales-enablement focus included sales training, tool development (primers, playbooks, competitive materials, developing an RFP response tool), and support activities.

Developed and executed strategies and related content that promoted prospect engagement and persuaded potential buyers to move forward with an ASG purchase. 

Researched, developed, and implemented a model and process for customer and partner profitability analysis. Proposed best practices to improve account management and support effectiveness across the business.

Senior Product Manager - Product Portfolio Management - Information and Records Management Solutions

Owned end-to-end go-to-market planning for application lifecycle management and document and code review product lines, including the execution and management of multi-product launches across channels.  Created and communicated weekly agile marketing dashboards (revenue attainment, software trials and programs in process, pipeline status) to senior management and delivered monthly and quarterly presentations detailing revenue contribution, pipeline metrics, and upcoming marketing programs and promotions relevant to my product lines.

Built buyer personas. Applied insights to drive free trial, premium, and hybrid customer acquisition strategies; content strategy; lead generation and awareness activities. 

Collaborated with extended team to define, design and execute marketing and sales promotions that supported aggressive growth strategy, increased software trials in process, drove revenue contribution for assigned product lines, and course corrected quickly based on marketing analytics. 

Inbound marketing focus included refining web site navigation to reflect buyer journeys, developing content (web site copy, blogs, white papers, sales tools and training materials), crafting promotional strategies to various audiences, developing digital marketing tactics, coordinating and recruiting talent and content for thought leadership webinars, and SEO.

Developed and executed go-to-market plans and managed global launches for data quality infrastructure solution. Established concise product positioning and messaging for horizontal and vertical solutions to ensure consistent communication across all marketing and sales channels.  Partnered with demand generation to align programs with personas, create/curate content, and increase sales velocity.

Managed major web site redesign; optimized navigation, content, and SEO and increased web conversion rates by 20%. 

Created content and copy including comprehensive white papers and case studies and managed branding/refresh for all collateral. Impacted revenues by $870K in first year by aligning service offerings with customer and market requirements. 

Led internal business review; mapped and streamlined customer lifecycle interactions with internal processes and customer touch points to improve customer retention and decrease support call volumes. 

Worked closely with partner marketing and channel solutions teams to support and promote joint solution marketing programs.
