I’m not a productivity guru.
I’ve launched 10+ ventures, started 100+ side projects, and abandoned at least as many.

- For a client in premium EV charger space, proposed digital marketing strategy through market analysis and competitors analysis
- For a client in publishing space, proposed digital marketing strategy through marketing analysis and competitors analysis
- Setup several growth hacks for several clients in industries like solar panels, construction, printing on marketing platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and landing pages in Unbounce, Wordpress to validate different value propositions

- Standardise processes by creating tools, governing bodies and governance guidelines

- Led engine project design management with global Toyota stakeholders across the globe to reduce production lead time drastically

- Responsible to lead the design team through yearly cost improvement activity (Kaizen) and generated cost saving overachievement by 20% by setting up benchmarking activities, ideation workshops

- Led complex design change projects involving stakeholder coordination with multiple dependecies across the globe to achieve €1Mil cost saving

- Spearheaded recurrence prevention activity as part of quality improvement drive, where I analysed whole process from design to production to identify weak points and countermeasures to avoid reoccurrence.

- Managed supplier production quality together with purchasing department and optimise the output quality, cost through continuous improvement

At Peugeot Scooters, our team works on EU-LIVE (http://eu-live.eu/ ), a European Union Project on Efficient Urban LIght-duty VEhicles and as a part of the project, we work on an L5e Light duty vehicle's Powertrain optimization and integration, including conception and design of new engine components and their integration. 

Software – GT-Power, Matlab, Simulink, LabVIEW, INCA
▪ Developed 1D simulation for new powertrain parts developed for EU-LIVE project on GT-Power and Simulink
▪ Testing of VVT on NI LabVIEW to find out functional conformity
▪ Simulation of mechanical CVT on Matlab and functional design of Torque cam to meet noise and
acceleration limits

I am passionate about innovation and digital transformation, and their impacts on business strategy. I have a unique profile that combines manufacturing, engineering, and data expertise from my education and work experience.

I have a Master of Business Administration from ThePower Business School, where I learned business strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, marketing, and digital skills. I also have a Master's Degree in Powertrain Engineering from IFP School, where I received the Tuck Foundation Scholarship of Excellence, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, the #1 Engineering institute in India.

Previously, I worked as a Data Business & Governance Specialist at Connected Technologies division of Toyota Motor Europe, where I identified data value with external business partners, designed and rolled out the practical value delivery model and tools, and proposed improvements in governance process. Before that, I was a Project Engineer R&D at Toyota Motor Europe, where I led engine project design co-ordination, cost optimised design, and recurrence prevention of critical field concerns.

I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the field of innovation and data. I believe that data is the key to unlocking the potential of any business and creating value for customers and stakeholders.
