On the final morning I’ll bake them pancakes too:
because pancakes don’t just fill stomachs,
they fill hearts too.

There’s something strangely satisfying about serving people.

It reminds me that impact isn’t always loud.

And for me, it’s not in titles, careers or big milestones.

But I’m not losing the war.

It is time we collectively soften toward ourselves.
To practice mildness.

And from that place of mildness, we can choose how to grow. Not to perfect ourselves, but to become more fully ourselves.

Because in many ways, we are already perfect.
Exactly as we are.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲 𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘇𝗶𝗷𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸. 𝗛𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸.
𝗘𝗻 𝗯𝗶𝗷𝗻𝗮 𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝗱.

De voorbije jaren werkte ik met honderden mensen in coaching-, leiderschaps- en verandertrajecten.
Ik interviewde er evenveel.

En telkens gebeurde hetzelfde:
de échte, ongefilterde waarheid komt pas boven wanneer iemand zich veilig voelt.
Niet de corporate versie.
Niet het ingestudeerde praatje.
Maar wat mensen werkelijk ervaren, denken, vrezen en hopen.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗯𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗲 𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗴.

Thibo Christiaens zag vanuit zijn marketing- en positioningachtergrond hoe krachtig klantcases zijn in B2B en hoe weinig bedrijven ze consequent maken.

Ik zag vanuit mijn coachingpraktijk hoe groot de meerwaarde is van écht luisteren, scherp doorvragen en verhalen helder en menselijk maken.

Toen we dat naast elkaar legden, was het eigenlijk simpel:

𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗮𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘃’𝗱 🚀 .

Een supergefocuste formule:
 → Elke maand twee kant-en-klare klantverhalen
 → Interviews door ons (meer dan 25 jaar gecombineerde ervaring)
 → Synthese, copy, blog, LinkedIn-post en social snippets
 → Klaar om meteen te publiceren
 → Maximaal één uur interne tijd

Geen starterswerk.
Wel het resultaat van jaren gesprekken met C-levels, klanten, eindgebruikers en teams, nu verpakt in een product dat organisaties elke maand vooruithelpt.

En er zit nog iets in dat vaak waardevoller blijkt dan de cases zelf.
Na 6 tot 12 maanden bouw je een goudmijn op aan klantinzichten:

→ echte USP’s en taalgebruik
→ beslissingsdrivers
→ barrières en twijfels
→ buying triggers
→ zoektermen
→ segmentpatronen

Over the past few years, I’ve guided +200 entrepreneurs through plant medicine-assisted retreats at True Nature.

- Posting around 10AM 
- Engaging with other posts
- Not referencing any links
- Clear CTA
- Similar content to a few years ago
- Photos with me, others
- Original hook (sometimes)

All jokes aside, the new algorithm is b!tc* slapping me. 

And my ego is slightly (okay, very) bruised.
