Once upon a time there was a girl growing up on a mountain, a high mountain in the Tyrolean alps, whose only goal in life was to feed her brain and not her cows (just kidding). This girl was – you’ll never guess – me. Now I am grow up – at least a little bit – and even after years of studying and working I still love to learn and to use my knowledge to make life better.

Finding my own way to deal with things as a woman in a mostly male work field I went from developing airbags to selling industrial valves for a whole range of different applications.
While working with leaders from multiple different departments and industries I got to know their challenges and concerns. I realized that there is so much more to work than just the facts and figures. Working with all these unique people showed me that I am even more interested in people reaching their full potential than well-functioning machines. For me solving technical problems has always been very rewarding. However seeing people thrive in their field of work is what I came to live for. 

My vision is to reach out to top performers who want to start working in their very own zone of genius 24/7 and to support them finding their personal skill set, applying it and being the best version of themselves.
