Manuel Buri ist Mitgründer von PastaHR. PastaHR vereinfacht die Rekrutierung qualifizierter Fachkräfte – mithilfe von Chat-Platformen wie WhatsApp oder Instagram. Die KI-unterstützte Softwarelösung hilft qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu erreichen, qualifizieren und einzustellen. Mit PastaHR steigern Unternehmen die Anzahl qualifizierter Bewerbungen um über 60 % und reduzieren die Time-to-Hire um mehr als zwei Wochen. 

Vor der Gründung war er Product Lead bei Valora Digital, wo er viel Erfahrung im Deskless Recruiting sammelte. 2021 gründete er Floq, sein erstes HR-Tech-Startup. Er arbeitete auch für Earlybird VC, Google und Kearney. Manuel hat einen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Master in Informatik vom University College London.

- Developed a sales prediction model for the German automotive market using time series forecasting methods and explored the advantages of such models in the industry.

- Implemented 14 different time series forecasting techniques, including ARIMA, SARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, and LSTM Neural Networks.

- Collected, aggregated, and displayed the relevant data and KPI’s for the monthly CTO reporting across the whole R&D department.

- Implementation of ETL-Processes, handling several data sources like Salesforce, SQL-Databases or RestAPI connections

- Build a CTO-Dashboard for C-Level-usage in Jedox from scratch. Displaying 30 KPI’s belonging to eight different R&D-Teams.

- Performing multiple workshops to evaluate and define the most important KPI’s including target values and thresholds
