Die KI-unterstützte Softwarelösung hilft qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu erreichen, qualifizieren und einzustellen. Vor der Gründung war er Product Lead bei Valora Digital, wo er viel Erfahrung im Deskless Recruiting sammelte. 2021 gründete er Floq, sein erstes HR-Tech-Startup. Er arbeitete auch für Earlybird VC, Google und Kearney. Manuel hat einen Bachelor in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Universität St. Gallen und einen Master in Informatik vom University College London.
