Our methods were developed over 7+ years of research and empirical evidence that we gathered by partnering and co-designing with our target customers from Fortune 500 companies as well as startups and many fantastic SMEs. 

In our approach, we bring together behavioral science, IFS therapy (most empirically proven therapy tool that clears PTSD in 4 sessions), NVC communication framework (used by Microsoft's management teams), our proprietary matrix of internal patterns that predispose burnout and chronic stress, somatic embodiment, biohacking, mindfulness, and digestive toning via nutrition. 

We craft our solutions to the individual needs of our customers in ways that fit into their busy & complex lifestyles.

For team and business interventions, we rely on human centred design and agile to help transform and optimise processes in ways that both lead to increased efficiency and long-term team wellbeing. 

Thanks to INNU's high velocity formula, our customers often over-deliver on their initial goals and benefit from pay raises, promotions, new deals, improved mental and physical health and resilience, increased innovation and creativity in business, and significant improvements in their relationships.

Trauma Informed Burnout Coach

After burning out in London, I took a break to recover. This turned into several years of transformation, study and creation of a legacy that already helped hundreds of people and inspired me to build my recent businesses with a mission to help a billion professionals conquer work-related stress.

During this time:
- I developed a proprietary matrix of internal burnout patterns that help determine personal predisposition to burnout and identify areas of high impact to work on to prevent chronic stress and burnout.
- I got certified as a Coach and supported mid-level professionals, executives and business owners in navigating career related challenges and burnout
- I trained as an IFS therapist and delivered over 200 therapy sessions 
- I became a proficient practitioner and facilitator of yoga, biohacking, breathwork and meditation
- I was able to heal and transcend my past traumas, explore limiting beliefs, and shift cognitive and behavioural patterns to re-build an aligned conscious expression of myself

All of my experience and learnings have been poured into developing INNU and my continued exploration became a fulfilling way to serve others.

BizTreat empowers businesses in increasing emotional intelligence, creativity and boosting performance. 

We take teams out of the office environment, into a highly immersive, experiential journey in the nature to increase employees' self-awareness, optimise their self-management and allow them to connect in new ways - maximising the team's productivity, efficiency and joy of working together.

By carefully curating week-long experiences, in which we layer fun with thought-provoking workshops, and using tools such as play, biohacking, psychotherapy, embodiment, flow state, nature bathing, applied eastern philosophies and much more, we help companies build leadership and culture of trust, empowerment, well-being and contagiously high energy that converts into increased innovation index, higher engagement, retention, productivity & performance.

I built BizTreat as a result of my own experience with burning out from my role as a product manager of a cross-functional team in London, and consequently changing my lifestyle, relocating to the beach and learning how to sustainably hack my productivity & performance and eventually scale it in teams in the remote-first world.

Since starting BizTreat, I have also developed its niche product Burnout Heroes, which focuses on burnout prevention and productivity maximisation for leaders and teams, that eventually lead to merging our activities under one umbrella called INNU.

I supported Yash Pakka in designing and executing a vision for an autonomous, entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and high-performing working culture at their fast-growing & rapidly scaling sustainability-focused organisation. 

This experience allowed me to be involved in shaping of a self-organised company structure, with other global experts in organisational transformation and development.

I believe that self-sufficiency and self-organisation are the future of sustainable growth and scale in business and working with Yash Pakka has proven just that. 

I built all learnings from this collaboration into our offerings at BizTreat and INNU so that more businesses and teams around the world can benefit from the success that Yash Pakka has achieved.

I supported PaperplaneCo in the delivery of content-rich products and experiences for SAP, World Bank, and OneConnect. 

This was a brilliant experience that, thanks to working closely with the company founder, helped me deeper understand the challenges and opportunities of leading cross-functional, remote-first teams and come up with ways to keep them engaged and collaborative.

After this experience, I fully transitioned my focus to building a company culture consultancy BizTreat and a burnout management service and products at INNU.

Odviati

Odviati was a slow media platform built to inspire people become more open-minded, tolerant and empowered in taking ownership of their lives by telling stories of inspiring 'ordinary' people.

This was my first official business that taught me a lot about entrepreneurship, which I co-founded alongside my full-time job in London.

Odviati got featured among the top social innovations in Slovakia in 2016. I lead Odviati's product strategy, its team, and partnerships, I interviewed, documented and published stories for the magazine. 

Founding Odviati helped me realise how much opportunity there is in tech-enabled, highly-collaborative, remote company culture that's built on trust and self-organisation and this experience became the start of my journey as an entrepreneur and team coach for other businesses.

Made by Many

As a Product Manager in the digital innovation studio Made by Many I lead multidisciplinary teams to identify new market opportunities, build digital products and services, take them to the market and create culture and capabilities to sustain them. 

I've worked on many exciting, high-intensity projects including Skype in the classroom platform, connected educational hardware Hackaball, World Economic Forum's website and CMS overhaul, Oxford University Press' LMS prototype, and Bloophealth.

While being at Made by Many, I became more aware of unhealthy working habits, their impact on my mental & physical health, where they originated from and how they were encouraged in the work culture. 

This experience was highly motivating, yet it also lead me to burning out and embarking on my journey as an entrepreneur - with a vision to empower leaders and teams to create healthier and happier work lives. 

I continue to use and teach many of the skills that I learned in the Made by Many studio e.g. human centred design, agile management and scrum, prototyping, and various workshop facilitation methods in my present practice.

European Young Innovators Forum

Helped prevent brain drain of European startups to Silicon valley.

Established partnerships with European accelerators, secured funding from businesses, funds and other strategic partners, and organised startup pitching competitions. Lobbied the European government towards more risk friendly conditions for entrepreneurship in Europe. 

This role allowed me to learn a lot about startups, venture capital, innovation policy and contribute to creating the right conditions for building innovative ecosystems globally. 

This was the entry point into entrepreneurship for me, which made me to re-direct my career towards product & service development and innovation, and eventually, benefitted my own business BizTreat and INNU.

Partnerships and Funding Manager

European Commission

Upon joining the HR Directorate General, I was invited to help design a new KPI framework to measure and improve resourcing and performance management in the European Commission and its agencies.

This experience was an absolute eye opener for me. I was exposed to the entire organisational structure of over 30,000 staff and was able to personally interview managers of key departments and better understand how they hire, manage and retain staff. 

Using my knowledge from British Academy of Management and my studies, I was able to see inefficiencies and gaps and provide suggestions for improvement and modernisation of the European Commission's approach to people management.

The key takeaway from this project for me was seeing first hand how much factors such as: organisational hierarchy, internal dependencies, departmentalisation, organisational silos, high degree or administrative procedures, tenure based promotions instead of skill & profile based promotions and many more impacted leadership, innovation and productivity in the organisation.

This experience still serves as a case study that I refer back to when consulting and coaching clients at BizTreat and INNU.

Blue Book Stagiaire in Human Resources

British Academy of Management

I supported the leading authority in the academic field of management in the UK by coordinating interests and needs of its stakeholders - top academics in a diversity of fields related to organisational management.  

I helped organise annual events with 800+ delegates and smaller regular events, helped set up and steer the Academy's public voice in education policy and worked with leading academics one-on-one to help them promote their work.

I learned a great deal about organisational psychology, organisational transformation, leadership, management and more, which later lead me on a path to deepen my practical experience and expertise in these areas and eventually resulted in working directly as a consultant, coach, educator and facilitator at  INNU.

Visa Europe

Working closely with the engineering, I tested and helped develop pilot products in electronic, contactless and mobile payments across Europe. I managed VISA Electron vs. VISA debit testing project targeting increased card payment acceptance in the UK and Europe. 

My experience working at VISA Europe in London was a fascinating lesson of self-management, self-sufficiency, collaboration and high performance. I was the youngest member of the innovation team - at the age of 23 I became my own manager as I was exposed to a high-trust organisational structure in a company that was a leader in the market. 

This experience helped me realise that self-sustainability, self-management and authentic leadership lead to highly innovative, high-performing company cultures and I was inspired to replicate what I saw at such scale at VISA for my own business and for businesses of those I consulted and coached after at BizTreat and INNU.
