• Lead Program Manager for a key strategic and regulatory program to stand up an IHC and implement regulatory requirements around Qualified Financial Contracts (QFC), Liquidity/Funding, Liquidity Stress Testing, Regulatory Reporting and Governance enhancements.

Collateral Management Strategic Assessment – Major Japanese Bank 
• Lead Project Manager in a strategic assessment for a program aimed to build capability to accept new collateral types for Reg IM to comply with Uncleared Margin Rule (UMR) in order to onboard new clients and increase revenue for the Front Office

SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Program - Major Japanese Bank
• Lead Project Manager for three key workstreams within Operations in charge of delivering new SEC SBSD requirements covering Security-Based Swaps Reporting, Daily Mark and Portfolio Reconciliation, and Onboarding documentation
• Lead daily/weekly meetings to track activities against the project plan and key milestones to ensure timely delivery, working closely with key functions
• Successfully achieved compliance for all workstreams by implementing all necessary enhancements on time and within budget

ETF Growth Strategy Initiative - Major Canadian Bank
• Lead Project Manager to deliver the implementation of FlexTrade, a vendor Order Management System (OMS), as part of a wider strategic initiative to grow the ETF Products Business
• Work closely with the FO, Risk, MO and the vendor to define and implement F2B trade flows for ETFs/Baskets/Futures 

Reg W Framework Automation - Major Canadian Bank
• Served as a Senior PM overseeing day-to-day activities to automate the Regulation W Framework by building a portal that increased efficiencies and strengthened regulatory controls
• Mitigated regulatory risk by identifying control gaps in the manual process, then designing and implementing automated controls to monitor transactions against regulatory requirements

CCAR Process Oversight - Global European Bank
• Responsible for coordinating the formal change control process to update/finalize CCAR flows with associated control points in the strategic BPMN platform across multiple workstreams in Risk, Finance and Treasury
• These flows serve as inputs to the end-to-end CCAR runbook to be executed during the live cycle leading up to the submission deadline

IHC HedgeCo - Global European Bank
• Lead BA/PM for a program to establish a new derivatives hedging entity within the US Intermediate Holding Company (IHC)
• Responsible for defining and documenting detailed business requirements with respect to F2B Trade Flows (e.g. clearing) and Governance, facing off to the Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and IT

Volcker Compliance Program - Global European Bank
• Played a significant role by providing overall project management and business analysis support to the Compliance Lead of the Volcker Program.  Faced off to senior members in Compliance, Market Risk, Finance, Legal, Front Office Risk & Controls and the Central Program Team.

Regulatory Data Retention Program - Global European Bank
•  Assisted in redesigning the operating model for the Global Records Management Group in order to meet global regulatory requirements.  Analyzed and assessed current business processes and recommended solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Dodd-Frank Derivatives Reform Program - Major European Investment Bank
•  Served as the Lead Project Manager for the Client Management work stream to ensure all existing clients are Dodd-Frank compliant in terms of documentation.
•  Supported the Legal department in analyzing rules related to OTC Derivatives Reform to determine applicability to the client as a non-US swap dealer.

FSO Performance Improvement - Capital Markets

•  Assisted the Derivatives Change Management group of a major European investment bank with scoping, analyzing and assessing a new custom solution to meet the firm’s regulatory trade reporting requirements as mandated by CFTC Parts 43, 45 and 46 with a focus on FX products.
•  Conducted an assessment of system controls and business processes around Market Data validation in preparation for Basel II Internal Model Method (IMM) status application for a top-tier global investment bank.
•  Created a repeatable process to verify and reconcile trade data for OTC Derivatives flowing from Front Office trading systems to Counterparty Credit Risk systems for a top-tier global investment bank.  Asset classes included Equity, Rates, Credit, Commodities and FX.
