As the second hire of Affluent, I:
Operations Manager
• Manage day-to-day operations of a newly established affiliate network, including advertiser and publisher setup, placing pixels, creative asset management,  and reporting to internal and external teams
• Responsible for billing of Affluent advertisers, agencies, affiliates, and resolving all billing issues with the accounting department
• Addressing any issues that may arise while colleagues are out of the office
• Collaborating with other divisions to drive revenue and increase traffic sources
• Working with third party providers to resolve implementation issues

CPA Account Manager:
Collect assets from client for CPC, CPL, CPA campaign, host banners and email creatives on our server, upload to LinkTrust, an affiliate tracking platform, maintain weekly suppression files, address any client's needs that may arise including reporting discrepancies, updated creatives, landing pages,tracking parameters and pre-population

Monitor and report trends in offer performance, caps, inconsistencies, click and conversion rates.

9th employee hired at this startup, I was more than willing to wear as many hats as needed. 

Sales Operations
•Trained new employees on Search Engine Optimization 
•Updated the wiki with process, procedures, documents, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) 
•Identified a technical error that reduced the monthly run rate by 13k and managed the correction of the issue to limit the loss to only 5% in 24 hour period
•Assumed responsibility for notifying the Account Managers about upcoming credit card expiration's or failures, setting up invoice clients, and resolving billing issues

Business Development of Publisher Acquisition and Retention
•Instituted the process of maintaining revenue when Publisher Partners are no longer under contract
•Structured the process of obtaining additional inventory from our Publisher Partners 
•Assisted with forecasting of Publisher Partner’s revenue by compiling data from the Revenue team and presenting a realistic revenue threshold to the Business Development Team

•Improved functionality of Conductor’s Link Solution by submitting 12 features, 7 of them were incorporated into the product

•Collect and distribute materials for setup of online lead generation and interactive media campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPA, SEM), pixel implementation, banner ads, and text links
•Supervise the logistics for online media campaigns generating over $6 million dollars in 2006
•Monitor largest client’s campaign to ensure compliance on creative and copy usage, campaign setup, reporting, current suppression files, billing, monthly online plans, and tracking within an affiliate network
•Investigate and resolve technical, distribution, and billing issues to ensure client’s satisfaction
