I can't help but to have a huge smile on my face today. This past week has been an especially positive and progressive one.✨ 

It's also been a beautiful time of reflection of my own journey and evolution. A profound feeling came through to me of surrender, one I am very familiar with especially as of lately.💫 

Significantly in the past few months of my life I've been focused on letting go of the people and things (and beliefs!) that are not aligned with me.💓 

An incredible thing happens when you are willing to let go and let God work his wonder in your life. You automatically create space for the people and things that are in complete alignment with you and the direction of your divine plan.✝️🕊 

I'm feeling such a sense of gratitude and look forward to all that's to come.🙏

When life gets you down it can be easy to beat yourself up internally and to focus on the negative. I've learned to turn any situation into one that can be of service to me and my self growth. 

I decided to shift my mindset into believing that every incidence is given to me especially meant for me to learn from, regardless of the circumstances. I began being thankful for every opportunity that arose, as I knew that each one was helping me to become a stronger, wiser and more resilient individual.

When we're faced with challenges and we choose to view them with an attitude of gratitude, that is when we can learn powerful insights about ourselves. The more in tune you become with yourself, the more aligned everything in your life will start to become.

Life is not happening to you, it's happening through you.

You deserve to be living out your dreams whatever they are, and the first step is realizing that you have the power to do so. You are the master of your destiny and you are worthy.✨

Your life is meant to be a journey of progression not perfection.

Overtime, I've realized the importance of this philosophy and its direct link to internal happiness. 

Having compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others is key in this lifelong learning journey. 

Give yourself permission to make mistakes. 

Take risks. 

You are not the "story of your past" you keep telling yourself. It's okay to mess up along the way, how else will you learn? 

No one is perfect, regardless of how their life may look to the outside. Everyone has things they can work on.

And no one needs to understand your journey but you.

Having struggled with perfectionism in my past (shout out to all my fellow “recovering perfectionists” 😉)I can tell you first hand how incredibly liberating it is when you allow yourself the freedom to let go of the mindset that you have to do something perfectly. 

It literally feels like a weight of pressure is lifted from whatever you are doing. 

Performing your best is what matters. 

You have everything you need to succeed and you are enough, just as you are. 

So keep moving forward with your head up, your heart open and your spirit free.🌟

If you’re tired of confusion, this is for you.

Dating can feel extra confusing if you’re ADHD, highly sensitive, or have a history of anxious attachment.
I used to mistake intensity for connection, words for effort, and potential for readiness.

Then I started dating with clarity, boundaries, and discernment — and everything changed.

Here are 10 ways to date with discernment (for anyone, not just women):

1️⃣ Watch actions, not words
Consistency in behavior will always tell you more than charm, promises, or chemistry.

2️⃣ Look for initiative, not panic
Healthy effort is steady. If someone only steps up when they feel they might lose you, that’s not leadership — it’s fear.

3️⃣ Pay attention to your nervous system
Confusion, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion is information. The right connection brings calm, not constant interpretation.

4️⃣ Keep your standards simple and firm
You don’t need to explain or negotiate your boundaries. The right person naturally respects them.

5️⃣ Let consistency do the convincing
You don’t need reassurance when behavior is reliable over time.

6️⃣ Test alignment in real life, not through screens
Texts, calls, and profiles mean very little without in‑person follow‑through.

• reducing overstimulation

Somatic practices:
• grounding through movement
• body scanning
• gentle stretching

• reconnecting to physical sensations

You need safety, regulation, and clarity.

Always follow your dreams ,never stop in believing in yourself and your abilities I left school  at 16 with no letters  after my name .. At the age of 13 my teacher asked the class what they wanted to do when they left school, a doctor , a vet a hairdresser , I could hear  them shout , then it was my turn , I told her I wanted to be a nursery teacher , she looked at me rather puzzled and then said “ I’m sorry Elena but you will mount to nothing as you are not bright enough “
I never gave up ..I hated working and making money for others , we invested heavily and   struggled so very much ..
  I now own my own business .. my teacher was so very wrong .. I have  three children , one of my children is severely disabled from birth , she is my life  and she has taught me so very much about life and the meaning of unconditional love
