In this tenure, I have the responsibility to lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of five  analysts and system implementers to support 38+ different systems with a keen focus on maximizing customer satisfaction and improving business performance. In addition, I spearhead and ensure the timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects from the planning phase through implementation.

Highlighted career achievements:

•	Implemented electronic document management system, working organically with one department initially, resulting in the disposal of over forty (4), 4-drawer file cabinets of documents.
•	Provided strategic leadership for Next Generation Fare Collection project by writing core requirements for an Electronic Faring System RFP allowing selection committee to choose an effective vendor.
•	Led business intelligence effort to install and execute Tableau by working with each department to determine needs, enhancing skills and competence to assess and fulfill core KPIs.
•	Steered the successful installation and configuration of mobile data computers in all paratransit vans, working closely with 3rd party vendors, allowing Paratransit Operations to have 21st century mapping technology.
•	Jumpstarted struggling Operations Management software project by optimizing business processes, replacing underperforming staff, and forging productive working relationships with users leading to project finalization in 7 months. 
•	Overseeing and completing multiple concurrent software implementation projects, following core project management principles, resulting in 5 new systems for our customer service department.  
•	Reviewed and rewrote the IT department’s methodology documentation, working diligently with co-writer and management staff, providing a document that clarifies processes for the entire department.
•	Manage $3M cost center budget, with monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, resulting in being at or under budget every year.

Provided comprehensive data analysis on Oracle databases for third party developers and end-users.  Analyzed and tested fixes, changes and upgrades to multiple applications and databases. Maintained application tier production and test environments for IT Operations.
