Buildin is an education and content company (Eadtech and content media) for the Real State civil construction market in South America.

Buldin was eventually folded into Softplan. I was head of operations while the company was at Venture Builder Construtech. Reported directly to Softplan's CEO and board.

- I led the team that grew the company's blog traffic by 20% each month by improving old content via on-page SEO.
- Increased product sales by 6 figures in 45 days by optimizing the sales funnel.
- Manage a cross-functional team of 4 marketing analysts and graphic designers
- Personally oversee the paid media strategy for key accounts, managing more than $30k in paid advertisements.

I was recruited to be an early member of the growth team at Aegro which turned out to become the largest Agtech software management business in South America. Aegro had just raised around $858k USD from SP Ventures and AB Seed when I join the company.

-  I led the team that grew the company's blog from 2k/month of unique visitors to 100k/month in just 12 months.
- I created/produced 25% more sales leads resulting in 15% MRR growth month-over-month. 
- In 12 months the company increased its customer base by 10X.
- I Evaluated customer and competitor data to improve targeted strategies and strategies communication, which resulted in a 404.74% growth rate of engagement on social media.
- Due to the rapid growth the VC Funder decided to follow-on with an additional ~$1M investment.

O teste A/B de US$ 2,1 milhões.

Em 2012, a equipe de Barack Obama fez um teste A/B simples durante a campanha de reeleição.

Dois e-mails com o mesmo conteúdo, mas com assuntos diferentes: um dizia “Michelle time”, o outro, “I will be outspent”.

O resultado?
“Michelle time” arrecadou US$ 403.600. 
“I will be outspent” gerou impressionantes US$ 2.540.866.

A mesma mensagem. A mesma campanha.

E uma diferença de mais de 2,1 milhões de dólares. Só por causa da linha de assunto.

Durante aquela eleição, Obama arrecadou US$ 690 milhões online. A maior parte veio do e-mail marketing.

O segredo? Uma equipe obcecada por testes A/B, que tratava cada e-mail como uma peça de engenharia de precisão.

David Ogilvy já dizia: "Escreva títulos excelentes e haverá investido corretamente 80% do seu dinheiro".

A equipe de Obama levou isso ao pé da letra. E transformou subjects em milhões.

Em um mundo saturado de mensagens, às vezes, tudo o que separa o sucesso do fracasso é uma linha de assunto bem escolhida.
