While supporting a team of 10 staff and 25+ adults with disabilities, I took on extra marketing projects to keep me excited and busy.

I managed our company newsletter, (created by clients), and helped launch our social accounts, marketing for monthly events, and sold out our yearly Christmas market.

To empower adults with disabilities in all of these processes, I developed a class to help them market their own market, and events.

I got to the top 2% of Mary Kay Cosmetics - Directorship - with a team of 20 women and a large client base, selling one lipstick at a time.

At the time, Mary Kay Cosmetics was mostly sold through in-person spa appointments.

Unfortunately, as a single mom, I couldn't book nearly as many in-person appointments as my colleagues in the company.

As a result, I learned to brand myself on social media and promote makeup through Facebook.

I developed a niche client: other single moms. And focused on their main problem: feeling good about themselves with little to no time for makeup, dressing up, etc.

My final big success was the push to become a Director, in which I sold over $5,000 in makeup + skincare solely through social media marketing.

I have taken this experience and expanded it in many different areas - including helping adults with disabilities to market themselves, and coaches grow their businesses.

LinkedIn leads don't have to be so f*cking hard… Aligning spiritual coaches with a heart centered, community based strategy that gets you paid clients.

✨ Spiritual entrepreneurs are burning out on LinkedIn because old-school strategies are centered around the MASCULINE energy of doing, doing, doing. AKA salesy.
