I currently work as a longevity doctor and senior GP partner and I used to be a clinical director of Babylon Health, and the co-founder of the London Centre for Longevity and Metabolic Health.

These days, my main clinical and academic interest is Longevity medicine and I maintain a small and select list of clients interested in optimising performance and extending healthy life span beyond 100 years.

Longevity medicine, if you didn't know,  treats each client as a complex and unique biological being best understood at the interface of multi-disciplinary medicine, deep biological and clinical testing and technology, especially AI. 

It's a lot of fun but hugely time consuming in terms of staying up to date with research in a plethora of seemingly unrelated medical disciplines. Much of my time is spent boning up on scientific research, broadening my network of specialist longevity researchers and clinicians or self experimenting with new exercise regimes, technologies, supplements, "drugs" or psychological/productivity tools!

Practically, I offer my clients time, continuity and a preventative and personalised approach to their health.
