I'm also increasingly working with leaders in their 40s and 50s who are thinking beyond their current role — building a side project, preparing for post-corporate life, or figuring out how to stay relevant in an AI-driven world. I've been fully remote for 13 years. I keep building my own things and love coaching others to build theirs. 

 

In person, I design and facilitate: 1-2 day leadership immersion retreats and workshops across Asia and Europe — helping leadership teams wear their coach hats, communicate more effectively, and build a culture worth staying for.

 

As a keynote speaker, I bring a cross-cultural perspective that few coaches can offer — born in Brazil, built my career across the USA, Europe, and now Asia. I don't speak about leadership in theory. I speak from 30 years of sitting across from the people who actually do it.

 

Currently based between Asia and Spain. Available for coaching, workshops, retreats, and keynotes across Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok and Spain.
