Main responsibilities include handling relations with the public and to maintain and build good relations with key media professionals including journalists. 

Other tasks include but are not limited to:

- Drafting press releases

- Advising staff on how to handle the media 

- Monitoring and evaluating our media appearances

- Organising press press conferences and other promotional activity

There are only two components to succeeding as an political and/or membership organisation:

1. Lowering barriers for taking the desired action (with you)
2. Increasing motivation for said action until it surpasses (1)
