There are only two components to succeeding as an political and/or membership organisation:

1. Lowering barriers for taking the desired action (with you)
2. Increasing motivation for said action until it surpasses (1)

Establishing and managing CLEAN - Denmark's largest cleantech cluster. CLEAN was created by merging Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster and Lean Energy Cluster, with approx. 170 members (companies, public authorities and universities), and 40 employees dedicated to green growth in Denmark and in the Danish cleantech sector.

Establishing and heading the secretariat of Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster Association (CCC). CCC was later to become CLEAN through a merger (cf. above).  

The members of CCC were companies, public authorities and universities within cleantech and/or with green ambitions. CCC carried out various national and international activities that promoted and developed Danish cleantech.

Building, managing, and continuously developing the organisational capacity to invest philanthropic funds in innovative and impactful ways. Adviser to climate VC funds and board member in funder collaborative Partners for a New Economy and the scale-up company Electricity Maps. 

Bringing the following experience and skills to the table: Deep understanding of climate change, incl. solutions and impacts, international experience and mindset, skilled at building new organisations from scratch, an educational background in the humanities and the social sciences, recently upgraded with an Executive MBA from IMD.
