• Worked with the CEO to establish our GTM strategy, content strategy, and messaging for technical audiences.

As a service associate, my job involves daily interaction with guests on phone and case management software to ensure all guests's requests are met with perfection and accuracy within time standards set by Marriott. In order to ensure seamless services, I work on Global Customer Recognition Software GXP designed by Salesforce which helps achieve enhanced guest experience.
My current role involves
- Providing the in-house guests personalized service by coordinating with different departments.
- Ensuring the external calls are attended to within time frame and according to set standards.
- Setting wake-up calls and giving them at required time.  
- In Room Dining order taking on phone for Food & Beverage orders. (Using Touche as POS) 
- Proper Follow-ups of all the requests or issues faced by guests.
- Working on Alcatel Console for receiving and transferring internal, external and in-house guests' calls.
- Managing Case escalations on GXP.
- Replying to customers on chat platform of GXP. 
- Dashboard Analysis and Report for Guest Issues on GxP Dashboard.
- Working on Opera PMS for gathering information and adding details
- Proper escalation of In-house Guest's Issues and complaints to the department managers.
- Follow-ups of the Guest Requests and Guest Complaints to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Taj Group Of Hotels/Indian Hotels Company Limited

As part of course curriculum, I underwent through Summer Industrial Training at Taj property, Taj Palace New Delhi. Being in a position of industrial trainee, my role was to observe, absorb & gain the knowledge of the hotel operations in different departments of the hotel which included core as well as ancillary departments. I was placed in different situations to experience how hotel provides different services from the point a guest checks-in till the point she checks-out to make her stay memorable.
